Coral Club Apartment Homes

We have only been here for a month, but so far everything is going really well. My family and I moved from NH to FL. Management and maintenance have been great so far. Maintenance is very prompt and you can use the resident portal or app to put in requests. Management has been very helpful and friendly. You can contact them through the app too. If you are not available when they call, they will leave a voicemail and send an email. You can pay rent through the resident portal and app as well. The laundry facility is very clean and we love how you can pay and start a machine via an app. You can also view the number of machines available. They also have a gym and pool here. The pool is very refreshing. Hurricane Idalia hit 5 days after we moved in, but communication was excellent. Community is within 15 min of pretty much everything you need. Parking is first come, first serve. Neighbors are quiet.

I really enjoy living at Coral Club Apartment homes. The team here really go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your living arrangement. For an apartment life, I could not think of a better place to be! Thanks everyone for all you do!

Great place to live. It’s safe and quiet. They are always keeping up with the grounds and just power washed and painted all of the buildings. Very friendly staff. Maintenance responds Quickly. Also no rent increase 😃

We've lived in these apartments since July of 2022. It's a nice place to live. Staff is extremely nice and considerate of your pets when doing maintenance requests. We also love that its close to our sons school. 🙂

We have lived here for a year and a half. We really enjoy the area and love that these apartments are so close to a lot of things. Our sons school is close too so thats a big plus. Staff is friendly and kind. They also care about your requests when it comes to pets when they're doing maintenance repairs/calls. My cats love to dart for the front door when people come in, so having them be so accomodating to me asking a day and time when they'll come is extremely helpful for me so I can put the kitties in the bedroom before they come. Without the friendly staff, this place wouldn't thrive the way it does! 😊

We've only been here a few months, but absolutely love it here. Maintenance efficient and competent, office is always lovely, and residents are pleasantly quiet. So glad to call this place my home!

I relly like these apartments. I have lived here 9 years. Recently, I fell. I am old, so falling is not a good thing. I was amazed when someone who was working here painting parking space kines came rushing to my rescue! To me, that’s community. A month or so ago, a new neighbor moved in, and someone coming down from upstairs asked for help, she went running to help, community. That’s worth everythng. I’ve lived at Coral Club Apartments for 9 months now. The experience has been very positive. The apartments are located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The office staff are friendly, respectful and professional. Any needs that are brought to their attention are taken care of immediately. Last November just a day or so before Thanksgiving my dishwasher broke down. The maintenance staff made certain it was working before the holiday so I would not spend the day washing dishes by hand. The grounds are are very attractive and well maintained. Grass, shrubs and flowers are always kept looking there best. Other residents are friendly, quiet and helpful. I’m looking forward to spending many years at this location.

We been living in Coral Club Apartments since 12/2019, moving out for work relocation. Safe place, near to good stores.
Since Sandy in administration has been working in here has been an improvement in service and in commune cleaning areas, thank you.

Pool is heated. Pool area is very clean and fun, since community’s very kind and friendly. Tons of parking spots and they have a lot of good places to go to and to eat in the area. Pet friendly!

I’ve come to Coral Club several times to visit friends of mine. I never want to go. And I’ve gotten the opportunity of meeting the very awesome maintenance people. These guys are very, very professional and quick. They’re very sweet and they truly care about what they’re doing.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie and Linda. They’re both manager and assistants of the whole apartment complex and just by looking at their looks you can tell how it makes sense this place is doing so well, why it’s so clean and why the atmosphere feels so great. They’re very good people and you can tell they truly care and love their job.

I love coming back here and it’s definitely a place I’ll recommend to apply for to any friend that decides to move down here.

Very happy to have found Coral Club Apartments. Our son formerly lived in Florida and my husband and I have been coming to Bradenton for several years. We love the gulf coast and decided to rent full time. When searching for an apartment, the management at Coral Club Apartments were the most receptive to our first phone inquiry and then in setting up a viewing. The grounds are lush and very well kept. The apartment was clean and recently updated. We had a minor issue with a malfunctioning garbage disposal on our first day. We contacted maintenance and it was replaced with a new one within 24 hours. The valet trash pick up is great! We have been home owners for years and are not accustom to having assistance with any of our routine "chores". The apartment location is quiet and in a nice neighborhood. The current management, Stephanie and Linda, made us feel welcome and were available to address our "newbie" questions.

I lived in Coral Club for two years. I think it’s definitely the top complex in Manatee/Sarasota county. Quiet neighborhood, never had a package go missing from my front door even if left there for DAYSSS. The office personnel is very friendly and kind. They have Halloween decoration contest annually. Great mini workout facility. Only reason I left was to get a better opportunity in a different city. It’s bad that Coral Club will be the standard while renting because I don’t think there’s a complex that can come close!

I’ve lived at Coral Club for nearly a year now. The atmosphere here is quiet and peaceful. Residents range from the very young child the the older adult such as myself. Residents are respectful, friendly and helpful.
Apartment management is great. I had the unfortunate opportunity to call maintenance after hours and was very pleased with the response time and the care that was taken to address the issue throughly and with a very pleasant attitude. Office staff are also very respectful, pleasant and address issues in a timely manner. The maintenance staff are constantly working to keep up the appearance around the property.
Care is taken to make sure the apartments are safe and well maintained. They are regular sprayed for pest and inspected for safety.
I truly enjoy living here and hope I am able to remain in this apartment for many years to come.

My roommate and I just toured yesterday and applied as well! Apartments are located in a nice area close to the colleges, beaches, downtown Sarasota, etc. Although these are apartments they feel like houses/condos and are super spacious! To add on to that all of the leasing staff and especially Sandy, have been super helpful and welcoming even though we aren’t moved in yet. Super stoked in hopefully moving here!

Anytime I've had any maintenance request they are handled in a timely manner. The ladies in the office are helpful and responsive. Coral Club is a small community compared to most that are in the area and is a huge preference for myself. All my neighbors are friendly. I LOVE MEETING THE COMMUNITY FUR BABIES! Everyone I've ever spoken with are happy here as well. I've lived in Bradenton for 13 years and have lived in many apartment communities throughout Bradenton. Coral Club is by far my favorite! Their 2 bedrooms are spacious and the layout feels a lot like a home and not an apartment. Definitely recommend!

Just moved into this apartment in May and so far so good. Love my balcony and cute kitchen set up! The pool is also always clean and usually empty so you get it to yourself.
