Boston Tavern

My sisters and I went here for lunch on a Tuesday.
We were surprised to realize we had been here many many times as children. Our entire family would meet here when it was Riverside Restaurant (Chicken Steak & Chocolate Cake).
They've done a great job keeping the original layout, yet updating it as well.
The service was just great, the food was delicious, and the memories were the best.

Found this place on google maps after a road trip. Took a look at the menu online and it did not disappoint. We wanted simple American food. Got the 20 piece wings. 10 garlic parm and 10 sticky southern. Both were great. Burgers were tasty and perfectly cooked. Wife got the fish and chips and she loved it. Kids got the Mud pie and berry cheesecake. Both were good. Crust on cheesecake somewhat overwhelmed the taste.. service and atmosphere were excellent

Quiet little local place. My girlfriend and I went in for dinner after a day of shopping and had the greatest server ever! Such a nice place, amazing food, and amazing customer service! I will be back many more times!

Been going since they opened. Never had a bad meal. Their boneless buffalo tenders are great and I've had the prime rub 3 times now. $24.99 for the smaller one (plenty). Omg...delicious.

Sports fan and like good food ? This is the place for you. Not to far off the highway. The appetizers were excellent and also the salads. I wasn't impressed with the pizza, only because it wasn't my style of pub pizza. It was good don't get me wrong. The staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommended can't wait to come back and try different things on the menu. And also the sports memorabilia is incredible. Fun place.

My goodness, it's almost a sin not to try the wings with the Ole Grandaddy Sticky Southern Sauce. The Best Wings Ever!!
And the Steak and Cheese Eggrolls are delicious!!

I've been coming to the Boston Tavern since it opened years ago. I've never had any complaints about their food or service. My family has had an event here as well and it was wonderful.

My family threw my boyfriend and I a baby shower on 9/24 in their function room. It was the most amazing day ever!!!!! The staff was wonderful!!! They were so kind and attentive but not overwhelming! They made sure everything was perfect and made us feel so special!!! The food was out of this world!!! The room was set up beautifully!!! This was literally more than I could have ever asked for!! Also from what my Mom said, they were so great to work with from the first phone call to the actual day!! If you are planning a function of any kind I highly recommend The Boston Tavern!!!!

Great food, Excellent wait staff, but the restuarant needs a sprucing up. Too dated, needs some love. Like to see some new appetizers... Stuffed Mushrooms, Spinach & Artichoke Egg rolls. Their Prime Rib is fanominal, the best Au jus, better than mine😉 The food & drinks are always spot on. It's really right off the highway. And Middleboro is a real nice town. Stop by for a pint or two & see how really good the food is.

We ate at the bar. Service was excellent. I had pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni were nice and crisp. My wife had the Big Papi burger and said it was delicious. Plenty of parking. We reccomend.

Everything was great the drinks very good size but the place was so damn loud I couldn't even talk to my sister

Good food, good service and plenty of parking. Nice atmosphere. My better half enjoyed a chicken wrap and I got the pulled pork. We both had leftovers!

My wife and I came in to eat lunch for the first time on 7/09/23 at 4pm. My wife got the fish and chips and didn't like the way the fish tasted. Our waitress Sarah came to our table to ask us if anything need to be boxed up. We were nervous to tell her that the fish wasn't to her liking. She was so nice and professional about it and wanted to make it right. That really made us feel valued as customers. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing food. Gteat drinks in Tavern atmosphere and more elegant rooms plus outdoor deck dining. Once you try, you'll definately be back.

The service was great. Very accommodating to a larger group and with food requests. The food was amazing. All in all, it was an extremely pleasant experience.

We went to a wedding rehearsal dinner there and it was great. There is a nice function room where we ate buffet style. The food was delicious.

A Friday evening before Christmas. I went with a party of 8 family members. Sat down within 12 minutes, without a reservation. We were in a back room but service was not affected by our location.
