These guys are absolutely awesome. I was trying to get a small outboard engine for a boat for my son and Don ended up being out of town so he put me in touch with the rest of his team there and they were awesome. Not one of them dropped the ball. Each one made sure they handed me off to the next and they got the engine inspected and in my buddies trunk on the way home to put under the Christmas tree! Great customer service and they had a Christmas special on the engine as well!

If you own a boat or need some crazy lure, this is your place to shop. From the outside, it does not look like much, but just walk in, and you wouldn't be disappointed. Prices are better, and they have way more products than West Marine. Staff is friendly as well, always available to help.

I am writing to tell you about my service experience in your Lantana Store last week.

I have had a rooster fishing trip planned for Mexico and was a little last minute having my reels spooled up with new line for the trip. I came in and Shane helped me pick a line and some 4X hooks for my plugs. I was telling him that it was an important trip and I didn’t want to lose a trophy of a lifetime to a weak hook or some bad line. We talked a bit and while working on the 2nd reel he noticed my drag washers were shot. I thought I had some at home from the box with one of the new reels and he said if I’d get them he’d put them in for me. Well I ran home and came back but it turns out they were shims and not washers.

I was flying out on Wednesday and your reel service guy picks up and drops off on Thursdays so I would miss him. I was in a panic and despair. Shane could tell I was upset and offered a solution. He called your reel guy and asked him to drop off the washers. He would put them in and call me.

Well it worked as planned. Shane saved the day! I can’t tell you how grateful I am that he took the initiative to help me and save my trip. We spend a fortune on gear and travel not to mention months of planning and to have it all go to waste on a burnt up reel or sticky drag would be heartbreaking. I leave in the morning but wanted to get this email out before I go.

I’ve owned and run my business for 30 years and have had some wonderful people just like Shane work for me. Unfortunately they were only a handful out of many.

I thought I should let you know you have a good man in Shane and I will be back to happily spend my tackle dollars with Tuppens in the future.

I just received my 219fs key west and it's Awesome!! Daniel was my sales guy and he guided me to the best finance company for the best rate and also when received he made sure to take the time to go over everything for my boat and make sure everything was right which was very appreciated I would definitely recommend going through him thanks again!
