Great location, great variety of shoes and the place was very neat and maintained. I found more of the Nikes I was looking for than from the big Nike outlet in Orlando and even some Dr Schouls that Sckechers didn't have! Ended up buying two pairs for a great deal. Only downside was the cashier. Seem like she was very, very depressed or who knows maybe she had a bad day or bad week, but w.e. happens to the best of us, not going to cut down on the stars because of that! 👍🏼

I went shopping at this location yesterday and they didn’t have my size but the lady working offered to have them shipped and my items arrived the next day!

Great customer service. Julia at the Waterford Lakes store, although young had the work ethic and heart far exceeding her years. She made sure that all of needs were completly taken care of. She found not one, but two pair of shoes that we have been looking for. When she saw they weren't in the store she tried to order them for us. Unfortunately her system wouldn't add the order in correctly, so she stood right next to us as we did it on our phone. She made sure everything was working perfectly and that we satisfied with our experience.
Thanks Julia for showing that true customer service still exists today. Your managers should be very proud to have you on their team.

Excellent customer service! I walked in and was immediately assisted with my purchase decision. The employee helping was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on quality athletic shoes and orthopedic inserts. It was such a good experience that I called their customer service line to tell them!

Store was definitely clean looking and we'll maintained. Displays were appealing. Sadly, they didn't have my size in the type of shoe I needed. The only staff member on duty was very friendly.

I was able to find a great pair of shoes on clearance for $42 after tax. I'm really satisfied with the shoes I got and will probably go back to get another pair.

I've never done a review for anything before, but I have to commend their associate Demi for helping my daughter. She is very picky but she was very kind and patient with her, even though they were very busy.
