The Edge Seafood Restaurant & SkyBar

Dinner was great, was a cool February day and they had heaters on the deck so you could stay warm while enjoying the deck that over looks the harbor. They had the best crab claws I have had. They were not fried like most. We really enjoyed the gumbo as well as the island style drinks.

Very nice covered area for dining out of the wind with excellent views of the water and pelicans.
We had the handcut fries appetizer, the fried conch appetizers, fish tacos, and fried fish and chips.
Wr also tried the coconut margarita. I totally recommend everything. The coconut margarita had great flavor and was not overly sweet, it was limey and you could taste the tequila we LOVED it. The conch was perfectly cooked and soft, not chewy at all, as a dish in general I'll skip it next time because I wasn't impressed, but if you like conch it was perfectly cooked.
The fish tacos were packed full of fresh ingredients and super yummy, we loved the fries.
We will definitely be back!!

Amazing atmosphere, super clean, fabulous staff(Conner, Kristy, Dolce, Brian.) Their live music sets the best vibe! Food and drinks are above and beyond! Don’t miss this place right on the harbor with unbeatable sunset views! We will be repeat visitors every time we are in town!

We went on a cold and rainy day and still had a great time. The food was good, but not excellent. Atmosphere would be fun if it was busier! I would definitely go back on a clear day to catch the sunset, and it would be fun to go out with a group here! Overall, a great experience!

Great atmosphere and make sure if you can get upstairs deck seating 200% recommended for live music and nice breeze from the dock. Food was really good didn’t like conch fritters very chewy. Fried fish was really good and the server was the best!!

The fried green tomatoes with mozzarella and crawfish were AMAZING. We enjoyed our meals very much, though the bread for my fish sandwich fell apart pretty fast.

The drinks were delicious. I had the dockside lemonade and husband had the hot honey old fashioned. The environment was clean and the live music by Meg Phillips was phenomenal.

Our waiter Jorge was absolutely adorable and friendly and plenty attentive! Looking forward to more date nights here!

We caught a mess of fish on a fishing charter, Intracoastal Experience with Captain Chuck Bonner, that day, and The Edge does what they call a hook and cook for $10 per pound. Needless to say, it was amazing!!

My wife and I are snowbirds down here at Destin January through March. We didn't discover the SkyBar at The Edge Seafood Restaurant until later in January. Since then we are here every Saturday night.

Here's what brings us back in no particular order because they all rate 5 stars: Staff. Everyone is so friendly and really there to serve and they help each other out, there is never a "sorry not my table". Music. They have live music most nights and on Saturday it starts at noon and on Sunday 1:00PM. Our two favorite performers are Meg Philips and Daniel Boone. Often time they are on back to back. We always try to catch both. Food. Food is great. We try something different each time we come and we have never come away disappointed. Drinks are great. They have great bartenders who know their stuff. Don't feel like you have have to stick to the cocktail menu as they can do it all. View. The view is great as you are right on the water on the top floor. Great view of the harbor and a great place to view the sunset.

Delicious crawfish, good portion but the fried shrimp wasn’t enough for the price. The lady taking our order was nice but was extremely distracted; she was on her phone while trying to take my order. Overall experience was good, view was awesome!

My new favorite restaurant. The food was amazing as well as the wine selection. Cristy, our server also provided us with excellent service. We also had the chance to meet the owners. They are very much involved in the everyday workings of the restaurant. I can't say enough good things. I'm taking my husband back next week. --Let me just add that we are very picky about eating out because my husband is a gourmet cook and we are wine snobs:-)

Just left dinner here and everything was great! The raw oysters are excellent, the shrimp cevice was good. My husband and I both got the grouper, he got the grouper Moreno, I got Blackened grouper tacos, they were both amazing the fish was fresh and cooked perfectly, mango salsa was delicious. Fries were fresh cut and mash potatoes had great flavor. Live music on a Tuesday night is always a nice addition. Meg Phillips music added a great vibe to the evening. We are locals and will definitely be back!

5 of our family spent 6 hours fishing w/Captain Steve on the Lock N Load later that evening The Edge chef prepared a portion of the red snapper we caught! When all 14 of the family arrived we were directed up to the beautiful open-air bar area where a large table was already set for us. Manager Felix and waiter Jose’ could not have been more accommodating! The snapper was prepared to perfection and the fresh-cut fries and slaw were delicious! It was a fantastic experience! Thank you staff at The Edge!

Absolutely loved this place! Loved the live music and great atmosphere! The food was phenomenal and our server was so polite, professional and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

The drive down the narrow lane to an area crowded with buildings is totally worth the trip. Ignore the land side surroundings and head upstairs, out over the harbor water to this new place. The service was full on friendly, prompt and for whatever you wanted. The grouper Moreno was fabulous with crab meat on top last night. Going back tonight!

Wonderful place to eat and awesome ambience!! The owners and staff were great!! We will be back soon!!

We did not have any food, but the staff was very pleasant. The view up top is great and overall the bar is very clean.

the outdoor seating is nice and far enough away from the party end of the boardwalk.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when we arrived at the dock and also during the trip. Everyone on the boat enjoyed the staff and each other during our boat trip, it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend the Crab Island Company at The Edge Seafood for your visit to Crab Island we had a great time and learned about the history of Crab Island, we will be using them again.

The staff are top shelf, food was amazing! This is a diamond on the emerald coast! This has become my wife and I’s favorite place for a quick meal, and a glass of wine!

We went to The Edge for dinner with our bachelorette party. We had a great time. We ordered our food, which arrived quickly for 15 people, and ate out on the deck. The view was great. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly.

My boyfriend and I came to the sky bar for lunch and drinks before our flight home… We ended up spending 5 hours here and not wanting to leave! Tristan our bartender was so amazing and kind. He gave us great advice on the menu. He helped us with a smile on his face the whole time. The rest of the bartenders were just as great! Live music was lovely. Highly recommend this bar and restaurant!!
