Kyle Crocker is the absolute best. We were in a bind a couple of weeks ago and Kyle stepped right up to help us out. Office Depot is extremely lucky to have Kyle as their manager and we we’re extremely grateful to have walked through the doors at Office Depot to get his help where no other stores we went to first even tried. Thank you Kyle.

The GM Kyle was awesome to work with. I came in seeking a desk chair for my home office, friendly, put the chair together and he even loaded it in my car.. his staff were polite and very helpful.. Good customer service is extremely obsolete theses days.

I had to have documents printed from my phone; I was having difficulty and the manager went the extra mile with me and got it done perfectly. I very much appreciate his level of customer service. My boss bought a printer/scanner that we later found out wasn't compatible with our operating system. After HOURS of trying to fix it I called Kyle. He literally came to the house and got us all set up. Stuff I didn't understand but it's working. Their customer service is impeccable. Staff excellent. And Kyle is a gem. This is for a business so my boss was dead in the water until Kyle went above and beyond. I just had knee surgery so I couldn't drive. I cannot say enough about this store and employees. My boss also said Kyle was WELL VERSED in all the products he sold. Great job. You have a customer for life. He needs a raise. Kj
