Friendly service, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I dropped off 14 shirts and picked up 15 ( I miscounted :). The new location threw me because my GPS took me downtown, where they used to be, but called to get directions and was surprised to find that they moved to where the West End Cleaners used to be on 113. Easier "in and out" than downtown.

When my grandfather passed away, I needed a shirt pressed for him to be buried in. After hearing what the shirt was for, the owner didn't even charge us to press the shirt. If more businesses operated by considering the human level of transactions, the world would be a better place. Thank you for being so kind. Highly recommend.

Great rates, great service

I've used Main Street dry cleaners for a number of years, but in recent years their quality of service has gotten worse. I always ask for light starch on my dress shirts, but out of the last dozen trips to the cleaners, I've gotten no starch on my shirts ten times. When I brought this to the attention of the manager (?) on several occasions, she told me that it didn't matter what I asked for, the cleaners were going to throw everything in the same load and give them all the same amount of starch, or none at all.

I called the owner, and he assured me that was not correct, and assured me they would get the issue fixed, yet I continued to pick up my shirts with no starch. When I registered the complaint with the clerk, she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, but just said there is nothing she can do about it.

I called the owner two weeks ago and left a message informing him that, after more than fifteen years as a customer, I was switching to another cleaner because of these ongoing issues. I never received a call back, so I guess they are not worried about trying to save a long-term customer. This week I dropped my shirts at a cleaner all the way across town, so hopefully they will be better.

I dropped off 12 shirts, I only received 11 of my 12 shirts back. When I brought this to their attention I was told that if I want to speak to a manager they would have to call me back and they did not give me their contact information. With no call from an owner and no proactive actions regarding reconciling the value of my shirt I highly recommend people go elsewhere

Every single one of my husbands brand new shirts ruined! All of them got stretched out. Will NEVER go there again!
