Chad Redden , one of the assistant managers at the Cartersville Ace hardware had some of the most outstanding customer service skills of any hardware store I have been to in years !! Great customer service and great experience from Chad during my trip to the Cartersville Ace hardware today !! Thanks Chad !! I’m looking forward to my next trip to Ace now !!!

Just got a Stihl BR 450 blower from this place and I'm so thankful I went to this particular store and not any other place. The staff including the owner were beyond great! Chad was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in showing and demonstrating how the blower works and giving me tips on how to maintain it properly....thank you Chad! Customer service at it's finest.

Feeling ignored at low-staffed, big box home improvement stores? Ace is the place to go ! They are friendly & helpful- good small town, old fashioned customer service. AND they had the obscure small part I couldn't find at those other stores. AND they have things you wouldn't expect to find in a "hardware" store- home items, canning, cleaning supplies, even small gift items.

I love this Ace! I’m literally trying to come up with something I need for my house just to have a reason to go back. The associates here are the best. They are so nice and helpful. They really go above and beyond. One guy, I believe his name is Kaylor (I could be wrong but it’s close to that), was awesome. The lady that checked me out was also so nice and made my 4 year olds day with an offer of fresh popcorn. Truly the best hardware store based solely on the people. I can’t wait to go back.

This is my happy place. They have folks who are ready, willing and able to help you find whatever you're looking for. This location is well staffed and they are friendly as well as knowledgeable. Check here before you head to Home Depot or Lowes.

Im not big on reviews. I have been going to this ace hardware for 22 years now, for me its better than going to the big box stores. and you get 1 on one help, However I want to give a shout out to 1 specific person at the Cartersville store that has helped me out immensely and save me 4000 dollars his name is Chad. he turned me on to a spray can of paint that i did not know existed and we were able to paint one of our commercial trucks like a professional for under 100 dollars, usually you do not get that get that kind of service unless you are the owner of a business. and it has not only been just once he is my go to guy when i send my employees over to ace because I know I can send anyone over there but Chad will make it right. now again I've been going here for 22 yeas and always had great service ! But I think Chad deserves an exceptional review. thanks again. top all the staff ate this ace hardware

Always nice and helping find what you need. They are the best

This is my go-to for hardware. I'm a hobbyist and I can always find the odd pieces I need. Same with all my DIY home projects. Plumbing, electrical, painting, you name it. Great selection, friendly and helpful service...the last of a dying breed!

Love this place. Excellent customer service every visit. Only thing I dislike is sometimes, online says they have a product at the store but when you go, they don't have it... so far, it's only happened once so they still get our business.

Great store with friendly staff! Hardware stores of this nature often have better customer service than their big box rivals, and this Ace is no exception.

Their lumber supply is limited, but the isles are wider than most so wheelchair customers will do well.

They are always super friendly and have puppy treats when I bring my pup!

Great experience in dealing with this location as well as Chad who delivered the items we ordered online. He has great communication and was very kind!

Recently switched my shopping from a Home Depot to this Ace Hardware based solely on customer experience. Every time I come into the store, Chad is there to ensure I get the best customer experience. I've been doing various home remodeling projects the last few weeks and this store has been a life saver.
