I strongly recommend Murdock Electric. The service was fast and expert. Everyone was polite. The company is run in an extremely honest and fair manner. You can't find such honesty and fairness easily so don't hesitate calling on them.

Nathan and his crew helped my wife and I with a multiple-phase project that lasted over several months - we moved our kitchen from one room to the other. Not only did they give us a fair price, they were respectful, tidy (seriously…they clean up after themselves which is rare in the home renovation world), efficient, and thorough.

They broke down each phase into its own invoice so the cost wasn’t all upfront and it was much more manageable for us. Each phase’s invoice was very detailed in terms of what we were paying for.

They also spotted some hazards that our home inspector missed - such as smoke detectors not being up to code, our main electric line coming from the transformer experiencing dry rot, and our fuse panel being overloaded.

Nathan (the owner) communicates very well and is easy to talk to - his crew operates the same way. I was able to text them most of the time, and they were also trustworthy enough that I let them work on our house while we were gone on vacation.

Called on 8-4 spoke with Nathan, said he was busy it could be two weeks but since I was local he’d try to get someone by but he’d keep me informed. Since I didn’t hear jack from him I called back. I called 8-17 he said he was at the dentist but he’d check his “list” and get back to me. On the 20th I called again he said he was heading to lunch but as soon as he as he was done he’d check his “list” and let me know what his schedule was. I called today the 25th and again spoke with him and got the we’re busy and understaffed speech but I was on the “list”. I told him it was time to find someone else. So much for trying to help out the locals.
