Hard to get in touch with my property manager. Maintenance issues get ignored, thankfully we have not had any emergencies yet, but we have had to fix things ourselves. I bet a tree could fall through our roof and it would take them weeks to get out. When we moved in the whole house was FILTHY, carpet was old and fraying at the seams, and they feel no need to fix these things. Tough as a renter, but avoid this property management company at all costs.

I just rent a property with them and is impossible to get in touch with the agent, this is a bad start, I already have 3 maintenance issues and they didn’t even contact me to tell me we are looking into, nothing, no communication at all !! I can’t wait for my lease to be up and move out!!! My back door doesn’t have a lock andI let them know, no response, NONE !! I’m really annoyed
