The owner guy here is such a pleasure to have around. He literally will take care of every part of whatever need you walk through the door with while you take a seat and wait comfortably. Above that, he is super kind, quick, and efficient. I definitely recommend this place if you need shipping/receiving services, notaries, faxing, private mailboxes (that accept any and all kinds of mail/packages by the way). I'm pretty sure he'd even help you with something unrelated to what he offers! Definitely gonna make myself a regular. Thanks for making my life that much easier, lol

Have a rental mail box here. Todd is always helpful, attentive, and kind. If it of town, hell forward your mail. Have packages to mail? He works with various carriers. Everything is set up for convenience. Highly recommend.

I have used Mr Todd for 5 years now. I ship and receive roughly 5 packages a week. He is always helpful, and accommodating. I've never had a package lost or damaged. He's a good guy, and has even met me on a weekend when I had to get a package.

I haven't had to use this place too many times... Only to ship the occasional FedEx package. The service is great! I see reviews about how it's cluttered... If you don't like it, drive your hind quarters to Kennesaw to ship FedEx or go to the UPS store. Also, if a package got damaged for "poor packaging" you should have bought insurance.

Organized caos in there. Looks a mess, but pwner knows where everything is and gets it all done and is super nice.

Went in this store for the first time ever to notarize some documents and mail them. The staff is so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! Had no idea this store was in cartersville and I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
