Applebee's Grill + Bar

For a surprise date night I took my lady here. The staff was great and there was a fun atmosphere. The food was great and or server was amazing. She made sure we were taken care of but didn't hover. I'll definitely be going back when I come in for time off. I feel it was a great price for a good meal and a fun place to be

They had a great crowd for Veterans Day. Waitresses were so nice with their smiles and "thank you for your service" greetings. My Dad loved it!

Abbi was our server and was amazing. She was attentive and friendly. Food was exactly as ordered and hot. Much better experience this time than the last time we were here (different server then).

Spectacular appetizer selection s. Went in just needing a quick snack...wow! Could've had an encode. Will definitely be returning.

This location is good. Very fast. I loved my raspberry margarita. Fun atmosphere and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. I also love their french onion soup and their fiesta lime chicken.

We came in for dinner this evening and our server Abbi was by far the most attentive and friendly waitress we’ve ever had at any Applebees we’ve ever eaten. I’d say she’s probably one of the best waitresses I’ve ever been served by. Her attention to detail and constant checking to see that we had all that we needed is a huge asset to this restaurant.

This young lady understands true customer service and should be training EVERY waitress in this restaurant to raise the standards to her level. She made our dining experience about the best we’ve had in any restaurant in Cartersville in the 13 years we’ve lived here. Thank you Abbi for treating us like family and not just another customer! You are a fantastic server! We’ll be asking for you the next time we dine here!

Staff was great food was good, could use some updating both we had had very large tear across whole bench

Haven't been here in awhile cause of poor service so we took a chance last night. The waitress we had Abbi was on top of things never had to ask for refills, extra napkins nothing, she checked on us every time she walked passed us. We could also hear talking with her othwr tables and she interacted with the kids not just the adults there. Abbi is a good addition ro the place.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Clean and well organized and stocked establishment. Great place to eat with low prices and a variety of choices and different flavors. All employees were wearing mask and practicing social distancing while being seated and waited upon!

Just wanted to thank our waitress Abbi this evening. My wife and I have been dining off an on at the Cartersville Applebees for over 13 years. Abbi was extremely attentive and checked back with us multiple times to see if we needed anything. She offered and brought refill drinks before having to ask. We usually had to flag someone down just to find a waitress to get napkins or silverware or drinks. Tonight was the best experience I have ever had at this restaurant. Abbi is a welcomed addition to Applebees Cartersville.

LOVED LOVED LOVED OUR SERVER X!!! SUCH A BALL OF POSITIVITY AND PURPOSE!!! She was attentive, punctual, polite, and accurate. My family and I most definitely will be recommending as well as returning 💜💜💜💜

I've been here a few times over the last couple months. The food is made correct every time. The drinks come out perfect everytime and shoutout to the best bartender/manager Aspen!! She needs a raise for sure.

X was awesome and a breath of sunshine as a server.The best service we had in a long time. She on point, checking on us and attending to our needs. What a special young woman.

Aspen the bartender was good energy. Very professional and on top of her responsibilities. The experience is hightened and appropriated when you get customer service of this quality 👌

Aspen was awesome and incredibly knowledgeable about all bar questions and the food menu! I don’t come here often but would absolutely come back to see her!

I would love to thank our waitress ( Ms. Abby,) she was truly a blessing, and she made sure we had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed her . We give her a grade A+++ for her service

Our second visit was really great! Ribs came cold, but got warmed up, triple chocolate Fabulous, onion rings to die for ( don't use those outside onion layers, they don't bite well)( you need a mayo/tomato spicy dip of some sort for these, I made mine in situ!!) We were stuffed and grateful, hostess, waitress, trainee all really great, and good to see!! Reassured both of us when we walked in. Left a $15 cash tip on a $50 purchase just for the great experience!

Amazing job by Tiffany the server. She made sure we had what we wanted as far as food and drink. Food was hot and delicious.

Had the holiday surf and turf,cooked to perfection,Broccoli and the mashed potatoes were tasty.Clean store friendly organized staff.Server Lyndsey was very attentive.
