The 14Day Lab

This is the first time I’ve ever been able to consistently keep up with my workouts and the meal plan. I feel like I’ve made a lifestyle change. I’ve lost weight and can feel my body toning up especially my abs. I like that coach is really good about keeping up with communication and answering any questions you might have. During the workouts he definitely brings the energy but also makes it fun. I’ve already signed up to extend my training. Trust you won’t be disappointed! Worth every penny!

I signed up for the unlimited training in January 2021 which was perfect because it allowed me to go any of the scheduled classes, this was my first time ever attending a group setting and I really enjoyed it the ladies in group are motivating! Coach defiantly pushes you to be great, he is a wonderful motivator that will get you the results, Gym is clean, atmosphere is welcoming! The 14day Lab is defiantly worth it!!!

I really enjoy my training experience with Coach. He’s truly a great motivator, and you can tell he loves helping people transform to their dream bodies. It isn’t just training; it’s a lifestyle change. The clients he bring to the gym is truly a family. Everyone motivates each other. This is a very welcoming, safe place to be your authentic self and work towards a healthier lifestyle.

Honestly one of the best environments I’ve been to! The set up & design of the gym is really nice & I enjoy working out there. The owner is great at what he does overall, The 14 day lab is really somewhere you have to try out!

I have been going to his gym since November and I absolutely love his coaching style! He motivated you to dig deeper and pushes you to your limits to help achieve your body goals. His results are amazing and you won’t regret choosing him as your coach!

I am seriously toning up like crazy. I tried on clothes i havent worn in a year last night and they fit! The inches are falling off at the speed of light. I havent followed the meal plan and ive still lost 10lbs in the two weeks ive been going! Coach is a great motivator

From the first day i signed up till now the trainer have always been professional and definitely gets the job done ! I would give 10 stars if i could if you stick to training and the meal plan you will see results in 14 days or less !!! Highly recommended 🤲🏽🙌🎊

Been attending this gym since August 2020 , really great training with great results if you put in the work and apply yourself, still currently a member and lost 20 lbs in 14 days, you won’t be disappointed
