To start with I do not do well with dentists, the staff is great and Dr Caves was wonderful. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. I had a root canal and a crown done in about 1 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend

Dr. Caves had been our dentist for several years before we moved to Florida. I found a dentist in Florida, but it's just not been the same experience. I needed some dental work done asap and called and Dr. Caves' staff got me in the next day! I ended up needing a cap and it's so great that he makes the permanent cap right there in the office that same day. My dentist in Florida does not have the capacity to do that. I can't say enough about my experiences over the years with Dr. Caves and his staff. They are, hands down, the absolute best and I have decided it's absolutely worth the trip to Columbus to continue seeing him because I know I'll be getting the best dental care.

What a great dentist. I can't believe the experience I had at Dr. Cave's office. And what a wonderful experience my dentures look unbelievably beautiful And they fit perfectly to my mouth. They stay right in place. I got my first set from Aspen dental. Terrible, terrible, terrible I would recommend Dr. Caves any day of the week. They take a lot of pride in their patients.

Dr. Caves has been my dentist for almost 10 years and he is always friendly and thorough. I also LOVE my dental hygienist, Maria! She is so fun to chat with and she always makes sure I’m comfortable. The ladies in the office are always helpful and inviting, especially Pam! Thank you to Dr. Caves and all the staff there for making sure I have a beautiful smile!

I arrived at Dr. Caves office and was greeted by the staff. Within minutes I was in the dental chair and the assistant prepared me. The doctor came in and did his work, quick and professional. He also took the time to offer alternatives to a question i asked regarding possible implants. I always have had and I continue to have a great experience with my visits. Dr. Caves and his staff are superb. I always leave with a smile.

Absolutely the best dental practice in the area. I have been to others, but have stuck to this one. The staff is always positive and friendly, well trained and knowledgeable, gentle and caring. The rooms and chairs are very comfortable and clean with an organized and clutter free environment. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone who might be new to the area or just looking for a new dentist altogether.

Great office and staff. The receptionists, hygienist, and dentist were all friendly and pleasant. Olivia cleaned my teeth with the utmost detail, efficiency, and care. Not a painful experience, and I could see the difference afterwards. They use state of the art tools and technology. Getting an appt was easy, and paperwork can be done online from your phone. They are NOT in the business of selling you unnecessary procedures. Would recommend to anyone!

Staff very friendly. I was very impressed with the time Dr. Caves took to explain what I needed to correct my problem with my teeth and options I may face for future problems. I felt good about what he did to my teeth this trip and I will be returning to him in the future when dental service is needed. Thank you Dr. Caves.

Went for a seal to be on a sensitive tooth. I was thinking I would have to get a shot to numb the area, but Dr. Caves assured me that he could do it without a shot and informed me of what he was doing. I then became relaxed and he was finished in about 5 minutes. He and his staff are friendly and pleasant. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone who needs a dentist.

Dr. Caves has been my family’s dentist since 2003. Dr. Caves and his staff are always kind and courteous. I am always greeted with a smile when I arrive, and my hygienist is always personable and professional. Both of my children are also patients of his, and he has always been so patient with them. Going to see Dr. Caves is always a pleasant experience. I recommend him to all my friends and colleagues.

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Caves the first time I went to his office. The previous dentist I went to before did terrible work on my teeth and Dr. Caves has been so amazing on helping me get my teeth back to what they should be. If I have ever had a problem he has always tried to get me in as soon as possible. His staff is wonderful and very patient to help with helping you with anything you need for your dental care. I will be recommending him to my family and friends.

Dr. Caves and his staff provide exceptional service! Hands down the best office when it comes to seeing you at your scheduled appointment time. I’ve never had to wait in his office. We even switched our boys from their Pediatric Dentist to Dr. Caves. The hygienists are knowledgeable and the ladies at the front desk are very polite and friendly.

I was just recently referred to Dr. Caves' office after past unpleasant experiences, my confidence and opinions of dentists were negative. After just one meeting with Dr. Caves and his AWESOME staff my confidence has been restored. My second meeting has changed my confidence and my opinion. I am certain that this will be my forever dentist and because of the professionalism, caring attitudes, and how he takes his time to explain everything in layman's terms I am completely comfortable being under his care, and not just him, but the entire staff are welcoming and made me feel like I've been a part of the family forever. I will definitely refer anyone who is in need of dental care to this office.

So far I really love this place. I’ve been in twice, once for a cleaning and then another time to have my tooth filled. Everyone is so polite and friendly and they do a very good job, get you scheduled right away and when you show up for your appointment there is no wait time. My orthodontist is Albert’s dad Sammy Caves and he does an amazing job as well. The Caves family do quality work with a friendly service.

Dr. Caves is the most professional and knowledgeable dentist I have known. I have a history of much dental work in eighty years. He is thorough and explains the procedures as he is working. He has a dedicated staff who strive for excellence following his example. He has the latest equipment for making bridge work in his office and often your bridge work can be completed in one appointment. One visit and you will know that you have found a dentist you can rely on for quality care.

I have found my dentist for life! Dr. Caves is very thorough and attentive to your needs. His staff is very friendly and ensures you are comfortable at all times. I feel like I have known them forever! I highly recommend!!

Coming from someone that is terrified of the dentist you will not find a better dentist than Dr. Al Caves. The staff are very patient oriented people and they’ll do everything possible to see your visit is pleasant and pain free. Dr. Caves himself is about as down to earth as they come. Very knowledgeable in his field and is the only one I feel comfortable going to.
