Dr. Steven Swords is amazing. I had such bad anxiety and he helped me get through it and was extremely gentle. He was very personable, respectful, and informative. I will definitely be going back for all my dental work.

Everyone there is super personable and helpful. I’m known to ask too many questions because I’m curious about everything, and they gave me an answer to each of my questions. Awesome! This was my first trip there, and it will not be my last. I highly recommend Dr. Swords!

The staff is very nice and professional. They showed me pictures of my teeth before doing my cavity fillings. Also, glad they took my dental insurance - EMI health. Will be going back to them! Dr. Swords is great.

The staff was very friendly, my dental hygienist Lucy was very knowledgeable during my whole appointment especially when she took X-rays. Dr. Swords was very knowledgeable and professional as well. I definitely would recommend this place to others.

Great dentist and team members that work there. Highly recommended when you are in need I had a wisdom tooth coming in giving me so much pain they were able to schedule me the very next day and get me the help I needed to remove the tooth. Definitely would come back and get more done.

Dentist did pretty good with pain management during the procedure, had to numb me multiple times, but I'm have a pretty strong genetic immunity to all opioid pain killers and NSAIDs so the tylenol 3s I was left with for post care left me with a fair bit of pain and discomfort. Somewhat afforeable but all dentists are over priced.

I have been there several times and I am always able to get started at the appointed appointment time. Everything is explained to me satisfaction and understanding.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are always warm and friendly. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now, 10/10 recommend!

Great overall experience. I’m still fairly new so haven’t met everyone. Two associates that have worked with me are wonderful and Dr Shields has done a great job with my first root canal. Looking forward to routinely going to see them. I would highly recommend anyone else considering them to visit!

Not a fan of the small parking lot but I have never had a problem here. Make sure you bring your patience for turning in and exiting the lot but it will work out. The people here are friendly and efficient. They have flexible office hours to make appointments fit into your schedule and they're willing to work out payment plans.

Dr. Swords and team are miracle workers, and they always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

I am so thankful for the staff at North Columbus Dental. Kim has helped me improve and maintain my dental health over the years. And while I’ll tell you I don’t take the best care. She does keep me motivated to keep trying. Heather does all she can in terms of insurance claims and her help is greatly appreciated. All staff in this office are personable and yet professional. They are all like family to each other and accept patients like loved extended family.

I had my first visit this morning and they were so kind and accommodating. I requested an appointment last night around 8PM and they got me in at 10AM the next day! Amazing staff and I actually look forward to getting work done. Thanks to everyone!

Everyone was so very helpful and so very nice on the phone and in person, from the staff to the doctor himself. It's a very nice office very well kept and state of the art, in addition to being centrally located in town and very easy to find. Some of the things I needed done were a bit pricey but otherwise I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone in need of dental care in the Columbus Georgia area.
