I recently visited the T-Mobile store seeking assistance with my broken phone, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received from Q. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also went above and beyond to offer several solutions for my issue.

Q's expertise was evident as he patiently listened to my concerns and provided thorough explanations of each potential resolution. What truly stood out was his personable nature and genuine willingness to help. He even took the time to engage with my daughter.

His resourcefulness and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable, and I believe he exemplifies the qualities of an exceptional employee. In my opinion, Q deserves recognition for his outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend him for a promotion. Thank you, Q, for your professionalism and assistance!

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I had to visit the store due to technical issues with my mobile device. I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided by Q. He was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly experts that I have had the pleasure of working with. The store was closing soon, and Q still provided outstanding customer service and ensured everything was completed accurately. He was also exceptionally proficient and accommodating throughout the visit. If you are ever at this location, Q is the person to see!

The best T-Mobile store ever. The Lindsay is a mobile expert there and she was awesome helping me get a new phone and my info transferred over. My phone didn't finish transferring over and she said if any issues to call the next business day and she would help. Its worth the drive for great service to getting a new phone. If any problems with your device or service you call or visit this store and it will get handled. 100%

AMAZING customer service at this location! We had our very tired toddler who was screaming and everyone was so patient with her and even played with her while we were trying to figure out our new phones and plan. They’re all super sweet and very professional.

We went here to fix an issue with my wife's iPhone. The staff was nice and patient. The helped us with our issue and we didnt feel hurried at all.

Unfortunately, the issue was not fixed but not because of a lack of trying by the rep. She did everything in her power that she could do.

Came to the one on Jonesboro Road in McDonough because they have the highest rating on google. I am so glad I chose them. The staff members are hilarious and were all working together to get the job done. Tacorri took care of me and he was great! Thank y'all. Hopefully my ride with T-Mobile is as smooth as this visit was.

T mobile was a great experience. My wife and I arrived at the store and the wait time was roughly 8 minutes in the que. I requested the Samsung A21 for my wife and they were successful in transferring all of the data from her old phone to the new one. Once again. It was a great experience with Ms Lindsay. I purchased the home internet plan. She knows all the details and right now they are running a campaign with no out of pocket and first month free. The trial period is 14 days. It works well.

Went to this T-Mobile store for the first time tonight. I had an amazing experience. My iPhone was acting up, and I really wanted to upgrade. Misty was there ready to help me and make my experience fun and very fast! I was in and out in no time. She was very knowledgeable and the other ladies working with her were so nice! I highly recommend this location!!!

I came to the store to see about getting my phone replaced. The people here especially Suleika and Blair we're extremely helpful. When I came in they were having a difficult time with a few customers and they handled it and a better fashion than I would have. So for all your phone needs I would recommend this particular T-Mobile.

I love coming to this location. The staff is very genuine and outgoing. Everyone has an awesome personality and are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been coming to this store for over a year and I won't go to any other store. The staff goes the extra mile to help resolve any issue I have had. The music makes me feel at home.
