This place is amazing. I was heading home from a long day at work. Stopped in and got the chicken tender dinner and they made heart shaped biscuits for Valentine's day. How amazing and thoughtful was that. They go the extra mile. It is such a pleasure to have a place that really cares about their customers and the food is outstanding. Thank You Fort Oglethorpe Jack's you are all amazing.

I've been going to this location for the past few years and they have always had great service. Today around 8pm I was having a bad day and went to two other fast food places (but the wait time was too long) before ending up here. The lady that took my order was very nice and actually sounded happy to be at work. She had great customer service. They got my order out very quickly. When I got home, All of my order was correct! I had a few changes to my order and don't expect places to always get them right. The ice coffee was the best I've had at fast food. Also, who ever made my burger took the time to put my bacon in a square instead of a pile. Normally when getting fast food, I have to open it up and unstick all the pickles, rearrange the bacon, and spread the sauce. This way I get some in every bite. Whoever made my burger spread the sauce and evenly spread the bacon. After the day I have had I honestly can't tell this team how much I appreciated it.

They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner! You can choose fried chicken or burgers for dinner and you have the option to choose from about 8 different ice cream flavors for a Delicious shake.

Our family loves Jacks mo matter what type of meal or location. We especially love their deluxe breakfast!

First time eating at Jacks for Breakfast I guarantee I will DIFFERENTLY be back many times eating breakfast and dinner.Drive thru experience was wonderful and servers and workers were friendly and very nice and helpful.

Brought my hungry family of 5 and we were treated with the kindest hospitality. Served in a timely manner. And the food was fresh and delicious!

Great place. A little understaffed at rhe time we went but otherwise great. The folks were nice, the food delicious and not dripping with grease despite being fried (I had the chicken sandwich combo) and they personalized my sandwich order by adding what I wanted and my friend's by taking away what she didn't and adding what she did. Loved them.

Great Location On The Battlefield Pkwy. In Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga. Made Our Delivery & Stopped For Breakfast Wed. 5/12/22 @ 8:30am. Very Clean! Employees GREAT! Food, HOT, FRESH & DELICIOUS! Can't Be A Jack's--GOOD EAT! THANKS!

Update May 24th 2023. The service has gotten better than it was a couple months ago. Drive-thru moved quickly and the CSR was very polite. Great job! I love the barbecue pub Burger. Thanks

Haley was the best!!! She was running back and fourth being super sweet!!! Definitely coming back here!

This place is finally ran well and efficiently. She has cultivated an environment where the employees (who are overworked and underpaid) feel appreciated and the atmosphere reflects that. Would give it 10 Stars if I could

My daughter and I love Jack's for a quick snack and especially for a delicious milkshake.. Her favorite is the Smokey Mountain Fudge milkshake.. The restaurant and its employees are always clean and super nice. I've been to other Jack's restaurants in our area and due to rudeness from employees and the restaurant not being clean I don't visit those locations any longer. The Fort Oglethorpe location is by far our favorite location...

It was so delicious I really recommend the grilled chicken sandwich. The only complaint I have to mention is that when we went in no one was at the cash register and when someone finally came by, they kept putting in the wrong order. Then they took 20 minutes to make a couple sandwiches and chicken tenders. This place is amazing but hurry up to be honest

Nice restaurant to eat in or drive thru. Usually in and out in no time the line runs fast and smoothly. Great food and great service!

Went in last night Feb. 9th. They were running short on fried chicken so I had to wait a bit for the chicken to finish cooking. While waiting I had the chance to observe the staff. Interactions with guests and the cooking staff and how they handled preparing the meals. Even with the pressure of falling short on chicken their attitudes were pleasant. The entire staff seemed to enjoy their jobs and all were very sanitary in handling food. All were wearing gloves. I even observed ones who took gloves off to put fresh gloves on when helping out in different areas. The staff working great together as a team effort to satisfy guest needs!!! The chicken was truly worth the wait! I sure hope the store manager reads this... You had a great team last night dear sir or ma'am!!! Please thank your team again for me for the pleasant experience!!!

I have a company-owned storage unit behind this Jack's, so it's real easy to grab a bite here. Full disclosure, yes, you can find a better burger - they aren't bad, but meh...the fried chicken is a different story. DELICIOUS! The sides are excellent as well. Fried chicken, coleslaw and green beans. All were fantastic. I will drive out of my way for the fried chicken here, it actually tastes better than chicken restaurants. Keep up that great chicken, you guys have it figured out. A good fast-food place, in a time when fast food is a mess. I like this restaurant.

My first experience with Jack's. The drive thru person taking my order gave me suggestions. And they are right on. The burger was delicious and had to be the best burger I've ate at a chain restaurant. And I've tried most of them, if not all of except Whataburger. I really enjoyed their french fries. They were crinkle fries! My favourite! The worker at the drive thru window was friendly and courteous as well. I will be returning to Store #270 in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Thanks Jack's!

Caleb was amazing, he treats his customers so well. He makes that whole place! This guy def deserves a promotion!!!!
