The customer service is great. They answered the phone in a timely manner and were very helpful regarding my concerns.

I came here with some issues regarding random crashes and overheating from my laptop. I wasn’t sure if it was a fan or hard drive issue. They offered to do a diagnostic review for free. Everything was running well, and the only issue was overheating, nothing an external fan couldn’t fix.

I'd be comfortable sending my Mom here. I'm the person who usually gets the call when family member's computers breakdown. I also have experience building computers. So, if something goes wrong in software, I can usually deal with it. But if something involving hardware breaks, and it's not obvious, then I usually take it to someone else. Yesterday, my home server broke and I took it to these folks to see if they could get it booting up again. They fixed it in 30 minutes by doing something I would not have thought to. They also tested my other hardware, and optimized my case layout and bios settings. The price was very reasonable, and the service was excelent. I will be back, just hopefully not too soon.

I had a part for my laptop charger that the wires broke. I went in and brought in that part. The guy at the counter looked at it, gave me the replacement. He also asked if I wanted him to dispose of my broken one. This was my first time in this shop. Great service, and I’m very happy.

Very courteous and helpful staff. I was really impressed by the way that they don't charge me if they're unable to repair my electronic. I'll continue using them for my computer needs.

They have been incredibly helpful in troubleshooting our network sharing and walked us through multiple options in great detail. They laid everything out with detail and patience and were available on multiple occasions for follow up. Great service.

I received a call from them telling me that my antivirus software needed to be renewed. I brought in my computer so they could help me with some other issues and installed the antivirus on my new computer. They told me why me computer was acting like it was in terms that I understood. Thanks!

My laptop died today... They did a free diagnostic test... It was too expensive to fix but they were really helpful ... They took the hard drive out for me so I could get my data.... & Did not charge me...
