This location typically always has what I’m looking for in stock. I love the app allows me to find the item before walking in the store and I literally walk straight to it every time. There are enough associates to stop and ask and everyone seems friendly. I believe mornings are better for getting service than late evenings for sure. I haven’t rented anything yet, but so far so good at this location. Nice affordable plants and plant materials also. Walmart and other popular shopping nearby.

Had the pleasure of being serviced by Reginald Harper and Prosperity. They were both very helpful and pleasant to work with. Update - 03/01/2024. I went in today specifically looking for Andre the guy mixing the paint. He has always been very helpful. I had some problems with metallic paint and wanted to get his perspective. As always he provided some insight that set me on the right path.

We had to buy a refrigerator. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name that helped us in the store. He help us find exactly what we were looking for and helps my husband loaded onto the cart. Raquel was very helpful at the church out. She even help us load the refrigerator onto the back of our truck. Great customer service.

This store always has great customer service but this holiday season they have upped their game! One employee helped me find what I was looking for and then the cashier (Pam) had to help me with the new check out screen that was awesome

I got very good service and help when I was in there. I had to take my water heater back because it was leaking, and I had a warranty on it and had no problem.

I went in to purchase a few things and I found everything I was looking for. I also found a few things that I wasn't looking for. Customer service was awesome. Everyone was great.

Kirk the manager is amazing, friendly, super knowledgeable and just cool.

I have various Home Depot stores near by, but this one at Pavilion Pkwy in Fayetteville is by far the my favorite one. I always find what I’m looking for.

This store has the best customer service I have seen in a Home Depot! I asked for help finding two things and both workers took me to the items I was looking for. That is good employee training. I know most all stores are short handed, but they went above and beyond. Keep up the great work! Oh, the store was very clean and organized. It would not take long to get used to the layout, it was just our first time here.

They give Veteran discount and have vet parking spots. Always have a large selection of items.

Love to shop here...always very clean, lines aren't very long cashiers keep the lines moving, floor staff actually engage and help with finding items....this location is my favorite HD ....thanks management and staff...

Went to Home Depot today in Fayetteville today to get appliances Carlie (Manager/supervisor)was working in that area the customer service she gave was outstanding, she didn’t rush made sure our needs was meet very informational on every appliance we brought we really left the store confident that we will love are appliances. We been looking for appliances for 3 days going to 2 Home Depots and I will not name the other but overall I’m so happy we stopped in Thank you Carlie you ROCK‼ Thanks again for being polite and having patience

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge Michelle down in lumber who worked the forklift…. She was an amazing help. Worked harder and faster than the men down there. Even unassembled the back gate on my husbands trailer and reassembled it to make the loading process easier…. She was absolutely amazing… and was very kind in the process!!!

Thanks to Ms. Tanya for going above and beyond on helping me find the product I was looking for. She took the time to show me around and assist me with proving the product information. From start till the time I purchased the product she gave me great customer service.

I needed some help buying a pressure washer for a project. The 2-3 associates that I had contact to prior, that were working the department chose not to help.

Brenda saw I was getting frustrated and confused, due to the lack of help. She took swift action and called over 2 associates to assist me. If it wasn’t due to her responsiveness I would’ve walked out.

Brenda called over Wolf and he was very knowledgeable and helped me complete my purchase. He knew the products in and out and really answered every question I had with detail. He made sure that I had the products that would properly meet my needs and even recommended additional accessories that I may need as well.

Keep associates like these around. They excelled today. I am willing to travel and spend additional money for good service.
