Can't say enough about the service. The bank dropped the ball on our mortgage loan. 3 days before closing, a requirement to have termite treatment done before closing was levied. Received permission to perform the service the night before the closing. Nick and Jesse went above and beyond to schedule us at the last minute, complete the work the morning of the inspection, and get us the needed paperwork immediately. The professionalism and genuine caring for the customer is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Waltham Pest Services. I will be a customer for any future needed services.

Been using Waltham Services for over twenty years. I own a commercial building and where it is impossible to have a pest free facility. Having Waltham Services on a monthly inspection schedule of my facility has kept any pest issues to a very low minimum. When there has been an issue. They have been very responsive. And their team from the office personal down to the field techs are the most friendly. Anyone looking for a good reliable pest control company. I suggest giving Waltham Services a call.

We use Waltham Pest at my company for twice monthly service as preventative maintenance and I have to say they have been wonderful to work with. Dan, our service tech, is always professional and helpful. Eric the service manager is easy to work with. My only preference would be able to reach our tech directly with issues or concerns instead of having to go through the office who sends a message to the tech.

We moved into a new rental property and discovered a mouse problem after two weeks. The landlord sent over a pest control person and two weeks later we were still having issues. We then had Waltham come out and they were fantastic in comparison. They were timely, professional, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They knew I was stressed about the issue so the manager who did the inspection came back out himself a couple of days later when the service technicians weren't available. Nick has been so patient with my many questions and everything he has explained feels honest and makes sense. He didn't patronize me at all during the process even though my fears and discomfort are slightly irrational. Can't say enough good things - highly recommended.

I contacted Waltham Pest Control last Wednesday and Nick contacted me within a couple of hrs and setup an appointment for Saturday. Nick was on vacation during this time. There was some confusion with the appointment however Nick contacted me personally on Saturday afternoon to inform me why he didn't keep the appointment. I just wanted to say Nick was excellent. He was running late for the appointment and contacted me to say that he would be here within 20 minutes. He arrived on time. He did the inspection throughout the house and explained in detail what the issue was. He then recommend the plans I should consider and explained each of them to me in detail. With my initial consultation I was very impressed with Nick's knowledge. I am happy to say that I am moving forward with Waltham Pest control.

The people who answer my calls, schedule appointments,, come to service my home could not be nicer. If I need to reschedule an appointment they.are very accommodating.

JC has always been a pleasure to work with. He was my tech for years and he is working with me as I have moved on to a new property. He's always been very thorough, very courteous, and the company has always come through for me. I would recommend that anybody looking for Pest Control in New England give Waltham a call if you want good service at a fair price.

We needed to remove the old and install new insulation in the basement. Upon inspection Nick found mice droppings so our service was two-fold, disinfecting the area plus removing the old insulation, putting new up, removing mice and treating or baiting to stop them from coming back. Nick had to seal several holes where they likely got in. I can't say enough about Nick, he is friendly, informative and inspired confidence. So far so good! And we signed up for quarterly pest control service.

Highly recommend Waltham Pest Services! Submitted an online request and had an appointment the next day. Nick was professional, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain everything to us. Truly happy with the quality of the service as well as the price!! 5-stars!

Excellent service! Brad Carter has been my savior. He treated my house on a few different occasions for rats and also removed a massive hornet’s nest. He is not only friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, but he gets the job accomplished in a speedy, but very thorough manor. He is an absolute professional! He is a pleasure to deal with and is willing to educate you on not only the process, but the pest you are dealing with. I must say that I will only trust my pest removal needs to him in the future.

I have been dealing with Waltham Services associated with my job for over 7 years. They are very efficient in their service. The Pest Control Worker I deal with most is named Mark Griffin. He really knows his pest/rodents. When I call him, he attends to us promptly and can give me information as to why we see different types of Pest/Rodents at certain times a year. He also give us preventative instructions. He also loves to hike "up north" and will share his experiences which are always a pleasure to hear. Great Job Mark and Waltham Services!

A little over a year ago, I made one phone call and Mike with WPS showed up within 48 hours to perform a detailed pest inspection of a house my wife and I were really close to buying. I was really worried about seeing a few carpenter ants, but Mike was very knowledgeable and thorough, and pointed out just a couple of issues that I easily fixed myself after we bought the house.

A little over one year later, I made another phone call when my wife saw a few sugar ants in one corner of the house. Brad with WPS set us up with annual coverage at a very competitive price - you don't have to take my word for it, shop around and you'll see for yourself. Again, they had a technician out within 24 hours and the next day, boom, pest-free!
