Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere. The ring I wanted for my wife (30th anniversary) had been sold before I could get there, so they went out of their way to go to another store to get me the same ring. I've used Kay's for years and always will. Great store, Great Prices. Melanie and Brian are the best. Thank y'all.

Went in today to look at upgrading my diamond for our anniversary and Brian was so helpful and nice! He told us all of our options and about sales that were happening to help us out. He was never pushy and understood why we were there. Every time I go in to have my rings cleaned, he is so friendly.

A huge shout of thanks to Tissa, the awesome sales rep who just came to my rescue in my “jewelry repair” dilemma! She was so patient and caring in helping me choose another chain for my pendant. It carries much sentimental value for me. Exemplary customer care!! Thank you, Tissa!

We were assisted by Brian he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He made good rapport with my wife and I. Went in to get a ring for my wife for our anniversary. We plan on coming back again for a necklace for my wife for her birthday. They have financing options with no interest which is great!

Great experiences. Ask for Haydn, he is the manager but he is so confident in his knowledge of the products he sells. He is very professional and honest. Not "pushy" in trying to sell. He can also create and draw out any piece of jewelry you can imagine. Haydn is more of a Jeweler Industry Consultant, than sales person.

His team can fix anything- I bought a watch at a different location & the band broke. The Kay's team were able to have it back to me in an hour & at a very affortable price. You cannot beat this store on prices or customer service.
