Everyone was very kind and helpful! The first time everyone was welcoming. I believe the manager helped me the second time I came in today for a larger printing job. Very kind and quickly was able to help me get a lovely product I needed for tomorrow. The store was organized and welcoming. Thank you again for a team effort in a busy location.

Service was fast and efficient. Package always delivered on time.. I would recommend you guys shopping at this location for a fast and friendly service.

I had the best customer service with katelyn & Kihanna. They took care of me in a timely manner which makes me elated to do business there.😁

I visit this location frequently to return Amazon items, fax documents, notary, etc. The staff is always helpful, friendly and professional. The only issue at times is that the fax machines don’t always work. May need to replace machines so that I don’t have to go to another UPS store.

I received excellent service this morning. The two female workers that I seen handled their customer service exceedingly. And i got what i needed to get done in a timely manner. There were rude customers that came in and nonetheless the girls handled it very well and even had a smile on their face after!! 😁

The Girl From NEW YORK HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING OR NEITHER DOES SHE HAVE PATIENCE FOR THE COMMUNITY PUBLIC SHE NEEDS TO WORK AT THE JAIL HOUSE WITH THAT ATTITUDE OR GO BACK TO NEW YORK NEW YORK... The manager, Dharmendr was super helpful! It was a busy Saturday but he took his time helping me figure out my Amazon return while also juggling multiple customers!

This is my 2nd year as a UPS customer in McDonough on Jonesboro Rd and I am so pleased with my service here. Everyone is always courteous when I come in to mail a package for my business or personal which is quite often. They’ve solved any issues that have ever come about and look forward to renewing my membership here. From the owner to manager and the rest of the entire staff I am extremely satisfied and would recommend doing business with them for any of your mailing needs.

UPS McDonough is always very helpful & friendly! Quick and easy service every time I go. They are my go to store any time I send a package! 😄

The store manager was very nice and helpful

So I dealt with this sales associate greg. He was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. Then customers got into a argument and he took charge and took control of the store. He was helping getting the line down because I believe they had new people. He was outstanding and I was able to ship out my package before the driver left. My overall experience was awesome because on him

Hands down great customer service from this location. I'm frequently in this ups store because of my business around the corner. I always get a warm welcome on arrival and have a good day when leaving. I'm saddened to see Candice has left(she has great customer service). Greg deserves a promotion(He always provides impeccable customer service). I thought he was the manager by the way he conducted service. David, Brianna, John & Cecelia rock as well. Please don't change this crew. They all work hard and diligently.

I’ve used this location several times and they are always friendly and helpful!! Sometimes they are busy (probably because it’s the best location) but they quickly work with each customer- so don’t let that deter you. Kudos to the fantastic employees.

I’ve been coming here since 2015 when I moved near by. The staff has been wonderful the entire time. Most of the time they will go out of their way for you. The staff has for the most part remained the same which I love. Thank you for having such a wonderful polite staff with smiling faces.

Best customer services. They greet everyone who comes in their doors with kindness and the best service, no matter what your request. They talk with you as if you are a part of their Family. All of them are great, but I especially like to go to David. But anyone of them will give you great service.
