I’d like to say, the lady with the short hair and glasses that was on the left window was pleasant even though the line was out the door. They are clearly short staffed but i appreciate the positive energy and great customer service. Happy holidays all.

A little busy, lines moved, friendly. Most post offices are busy so pack patience some are more efficient than others for all of the 1 star reviews. 2.2 rating is unfair all post offices gauge around 3.0-3.5

they offer good exercise when your expecting an order to be delivered and keep checking the mailbox that day it was supposed to be delivered but it turns out it doesn't arrive at all :)

I was online reading the awful reviews on this location while I was on hold with the 800 number over an hour. I was prepared to have a bad experience like most of you did. I finally found a local number and placed the 800 on hold to try the local number. The call was answered by Cindy. My problem was that the parcel box in my neighborhood would not open. The key was stuck and would not budge. I explained that to Cindy and she put me on hold while she looked into it. She came back about 5 minutes later and told me that she did let my carrier know and that I had 2 more packages coming today and would bring them all to my door. Thank you Cindy for being kind and going above and beyond to let my carrier know of my problem. I really appreciate you and I am glad to have a good first experience.

I had a great experience today at this post office. There was a wait line at about 1:40, but it went smoothly. Thank you!

I've been serviced by this post office for 15 plus years and to this day I still appreciate the courteous and professional services. I receive a lot of mail and almost always track my expected packages. I'm pleased to say that once the packages reach the McDonough location, even during the covid19 pandemic their services have been faster than I would have expected.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The McDonough Post Office has served me well for more than 30 years. The staff at the PO is courteous and they work as quickly as possible. Yes there can be a line. But you can also do self-service package weighing and mailing or purchase stamps at the kiosk with no wait.

They're always quick and courteous. Every time I have questions, they are quick to help and explain without making you feel like you're an annoyance or stupid. It's by far my favorite post office.

I have no problem with this Post Office. The mail person is quite pleasant; soles and says hi. At the office ther is a line yes, but it moves fairly fast.

I give 5 stars only because after standing in line for half an hour I was told about The BizOutlet a shipping store just outside of town. they are quick, friendly and really want to help

visited this located over the holidays and was greeted with kind and courteous respect. Keep it professional guys always, my package was mailed and delivered quicker than expected
