I bring my kids for storytime and the love it. The librarians are very friendly and helpful and I love the location. There's a playground right across the street for when it's nice out and there are sometimes festivals and other fun things in Greenway Center.

We always enjoy coming here :-). They have an excellent collection of kids' and teens' books and also a play area for small kids. There are lots of study carrels and computers, and there's a good mix of special events for all ages. They have plenty of movies and shows on DVD, too. The collection of books for adults is a little unimpressive, but you can have books delivered from other libraries in Prince George's County (and elsewhere in MD) if they don't have what you want. The PGC library system also partners with D.C. and Montgomery's libraries so that you can get cards with them as well!

My husband, son, and I visited the library twice to submit our son’s passport application form. The second time, we made embarrassing administrative errors on the forms, but the folks in the passport office were incredibly friendly and patient with us. Thank you so much (and sorry again for making you work longer!). You made the otherwise frustrating experience a sweet and positive one.

We visited the library for story time. It wasn’t very well attended. In fact it was just us. My husband, my son (3) and I. And that’s what this review is about. In spite of that, Mr Joe the librarian ent above and beyond to give my son an experience. He was patient and engaged. It was the first story time my son ever sat through at a library and now I know that whenever he goes to one he’ll understand what it’s about and participate. Joe could have been lackluster. Joe could have been a lot of things but he powered through, singing the songs and reading the book in a way that my kid could understand. Joe should probably get a bonus just for that one event. Anyway, the program is great and more people should attend. If Joe is any indication of what you should expect, it’s worth it for your kids to go at least once. Great job!

Just moved to the neighborhood from Beijing after 26 years in Asia. The library is a total sanctuary to work on my book, browse other authors and absorb the peaceful, relaxing and modern space with strong wifi. A very nice surprise. And free!

This was our first visit to a public library in PG County and we were really pleasantly surprised! The shelves on the left corner of the first floor is filled with wonderful children's books! Best place to go with your toddler!

This library has a nice selection of books and the mobile phone app is nice for reserving books for pick up. They have weekly story groups for young children and they host an awesome monthly toddler dance party that my children really enjoy. The children’s play area is a little small but they have a great selection of children/baby books.

My favorite library! While preparing for my HR exam this place became my study haven. I would take this over any upscale renovated library any day!

Clean library, helpful staff. A few study rooms. Not as big as Bowie, but much quieter and definitely has a better feel to it. This library also has a small used bookstore inside that is incredibly cheap.

One of my favorite libraries to take kids to as well, there's a park across the road and also a nice area where they can run around out front if they get restless.

I work from home but there are too many distractions, so I go to the Greenbelt Library Quiet Reading room. It is the best!! Love the new furniture and modern mouse table. I get so much work done!

Excellent library, professional staff. have been using for 40 years. Helpful, efficient, and kind people work here. Don't leave reviews often but after seeing negative-- had to, can't have these people tarnished by someone having a bad day.

Great library! Wide variety of books. Their customer service is amazing! They provide great assistance in locating whatever book, DVD or resources you need. Requests can be submitted on your behalf to other counties (Howard etc..) library systems within Maryland if a particular library branch does not carry the resource you are looking for. I've been enjoying their great service since 2009.

The service is excellent, the facility is spacious and comfortable, the kids and teenage zones are design to get children of all ages to love reading and there is a world of literacy when it comes to grown ups. My family invites you to travel the world by reading books + at Greenbelt Library.

Recently used this branch for passport services. Although it was unsuccessful, it was at no fault of the branch.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional!

You need something with your address to get a library card. That wasn't clear on the website. I can't wait to check out this cute library 😉 ❤
