In January 2024, I contacted Right Choice Tax Services to complete a 2022 tax return. ALL documents were sent to Cassandra (owner) per her request. MO drivers license, tax documents, and dependents info. Right Choice (Cassandra) did not put any of my dependents on my tax return although information was provided. Cassandra stated she would make the update for the missing income and the missing dependents. I never received the updated copy of the return. Also, I informed her of my name being spelled incorrectly on my tax return. However, I sent her a copy of my MO ID. Several mistakes were made, I remained professional throughout this whole ideal from
January to the present. Cassandra does return phone calls and will not answer her phone. Cassandra (Right Choice) Responds to emails and text messages sparingly. Very unprofessional. A refund was sent after this review with an unprofessional text message. I never requested a refund. I only wanted the copy of my updated 2022 tax return. As critical as tax returns are, why hold my return hostage? Is this the way Right Choice operates?
