Been using Shannon and his crew for atleast 12 years. Best place for dings and dents. Sent them a buddy that had hail damage all over 100 dents id say. I was shocked how good they made it look! They always go the extra step to please you! Great friendly honest people! Gotta support the local guys when they do such a good job! Always super fair on price and will work around your schedule.

Had a few dents on the body line of my finder and within two days he had it done. It looks 10X better and was extremely fast. Definitely recommend!!

I’m new to town so it was already stressful finding a place to repair the hail damage from last months storms, let me tell you Springfield Dent went above and beyond. They met me to pick up the rental, and they also dropped it off when I was returning the rental. To top it off they fixed 3 shopping cart dings.. For FREE while they were at it, AND to make things even better They had $2500 worth of hail damage repaired in less than 24hours. Highly recommend these guys

You cannot go wrong taking your dent issues to Springfield Dent. I dropped my truck off at 8 a.m. with 10 plus dents from hail damage and by 1 p.m. I received a text letting me know it was ready. I really thought I ruined my car and I would have to spend thousands to get it fixed! I honestly didn’t think dent removal would work. A friend suggested I check with Springfield Dent Removal before going anywhere else. Shannon actually delivered better than he promised! I took my son's car here for some paintless dent removal before some paint work on his recently purchased Scion. Before I talk about this business, let me tell you about what brought us here...

I started at one the of well-known dent removal places in town, which I had used before for major (10k +) insurance jobs. This other place's manager (an individual who I've worked with before on many occasions) came out, looked at my son's car for 30 seconds, laughed at our questions, said the dents could not be removed without $1000's of conventional body work, and literally walked off mid-conversation. I was disappointed and, frankly, angry at the treatment I received. So much for loyalty.

I then went to Springfield Dent based on a recommendation from the body shop doing the paint work. We spoke with Shannon. He was nice, professional, and spent time with both me and my teenage son talking about the work and his approach (and car' in general). He was super kind to my son, who is very interested in doing auto-related work as a career. He removed 5 dents - one that I did not think he would be able to do with a paintless approach - in a single day for $120 ($10 below the estimate). The work was top-notch. I was suprised and impressed - the body shop doing the paint work was not; they said this was the level of quality they always see from Springfield Dent.

I will never go anywhere else for this type of work. Shannon is a super guy, very talented, and runs an outstanding and ethical business. When getting estimates for your work, put this business on your list.
