This bait shop knows how to treat their customers! I made a tackle order and did not receive one of the baits. I sent them an email about it and not only did they refund my money for the item, they sent me a free T shirt and the same refunded item in another color at no extra cost! Talk about customer service!! Bait Wrx just got a loyal customer for life!! Thank you. Bait Wrx rules!!!

I enjoy going in their shop, sometimes phenomenal deals like the Denali rod I bought. Highly recommend their crock-o-gator buzzbait without the skirt.

This is a great tackle shop. No fluff. All great bass fishing and crappie tackle. It was well stocked and the staff knows what they are talking about.

Decided to place an order with them from recommendations on YouTube. An item was missing in my order when it was delivered and I made multiple calls to customer service along with emails and never got a response on either end. I was contacted by the GM personally regarding my order and missing items. They went above and beyond to make me whole and they certainty earned my business back. I wish more companies would handle situations like Bait Wrx did and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

If you're driving by, definitely worth the stop. Has everything you need and a lot of stuff you probably haven't seen before. I ended up getting a lot of locally made tackle, that I didn't know about.

This place is so cool there selection is off the chain!! Every color bait or something U never even thought of they have!!! Nice job on the store will make a trip here every time we are out this way . U can spend hours here.
