Alltru Credit Union

All true has been the best full service credit union by far. With their friendly staff and their wonderful location this has been a dream come true for me a lot of other banking establishments are moving away from their brick and mortar, which makes it difficult to access your account and funds, thank you to all true for keeping their locations up and running.

My experience with Alltru Credit Union has been amazing. The loan officer, Karie, that assisted me made sure I left as an extremely satisfied customer. She went above and beyond to make sure she met my needs! Everyone at Alltru was professional and friendly to say the least. Alltru provides great loan rates and outstanding customer service. I will 100% continue to bank with Alltru!

2. we have a great experience in the branch and using the mobile app

It's so easy to make an appointment to get things notarized. My kids loved their CUbby accounts and prizes for $10+ deposits. As they become teens they are so excited to have debit cards.

I was happy that I was able to secure an auto loan with Alltru CU especially during this time that most financial institutions offer rates 5.99% or higher. One thing I know, Alltru is the only one offering 4.49%. Loan application was easy! No need to go to a branch, I just completed the application in their website. The next day, one of their associate contacted me to confirm and complete the application. Breanna was so helpful and assisted me throughout the process. She also informed me that my rate went down after signing up for autopay and first payment was deferred for 90 days. I got my tesla without any issues during delivery day. I highly recommend Alltru CU!

I have been Alltru Credit Union since they were called Aerospace Credit Union and that is a long time ago. I enjoy using this credit union for years. It has provided me with the information I've needed whenever necessary. They are really good in stopping any fraudulent activity on my accounts and have always been helpful any time that happened. They are really good in keeping their customers informed of upcoming changes that would effect us which is most appreciated. The staff at the locations I've used (which would be all three (3) were always very courteous and professional. Except this one time, but I hardly remember that one and it did not deter me from staying with Alltru. In the near future, I hope to become more involved with Alltru, but not sure what that looks like right now. Stay tuned! Thank you Alltru for sticking with me all these years and I hope we can continue this business relationship.

I have been a member of this Credit Union since I was a young child, when it was called Aerospace Credit Union My dad worked for McDonald Douglas (now Boeing) and he set me up with my very first Savings Account there. I have seen them go through various name changes over the years but one thing that doesn't change is the amazing service they provide and the wonderful staff.

I haven't had many banking issues, but their personnel have always been friendly and very helpful with any questions I've had. And while there aren't many Alltru locations, they have an incredible amount of Shared Branches; so if I need to go to an ATM or drive-thru teller, I have many options.

I am completely amazed at how amazing this branch is. Bre one of the experience specialists as well as the manager (sorry didn’t get your name) have gone through leaps and bounds to try and help me today. I had opened an account here a few weeks ago and by mistake one of the tellers forgot to write down a number and when I entered my direct deposit down it was clearly incorrect. Rather trying to blame this on me the branch has taken accountability although they aren’t sure they can get my money today due to the error it’s the small things and the fact that I’ve gotten 3 phone calls to help fix this the best they can. I’m hoping it stays this way because I’m loving the excellence from Alltru.

My family and I have always received the best service when working with Alltru. We are thankful for their dedicated service, honesty and patience. On our most recent visit inside, we set up savings accounts for our two children. It was an exciting time for our children and ourselves, and Alltru was there for us along the way. Thank you so much to the AMAZING customer service we get every time we come in, call or email.

I have been a member of this credit union for quite some time and couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism and manner of doing business. During the pandemic, they took steps to keep services available and safe. They offered assistance in accomplishing banking task online and offered support in doing so. I highly recommend this credit union as an option for your banking needs.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my credit union Alltru; the service, compassion and attention to detail is unmatched. Not many companies actually responses to surveys/comments but Alltru CU does! I can honestly say that all my comments were follow up by an actual Alltru CU person that cared about my satisfaction. That level of service by a credit union cannot be understated. Sure they all offer loans , credit cards, etc. but Alltru applies the customer comes first approach which is equally as important as the services a credit union provides.

I've been a customer of Alltru (1st Financial) for years. I've had Car loans and Home Equity loans. I've had CDs, checking and kids savings accounts. EVERY time I've gone in, I've felt welcomed and wanted. In my experience, banks have a way of being cold. You are just a number and a means for them to make money. I don't feel that way with Alltru. They actually listen and work with you to give you the best product to fit your needs. My latest loan interaction with Jessica P. was fantastic. I've referred many friends and family to Alltru. I'm thankful they are around!

I recently started shopping around for a new vehicle and thought to see if I could be approved through my credit union. I worked with Melinda Klocke and I an forever indebted to her. Melinda was fast, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Having not had a car payment in years I was so out of the loop how it all worked and Melinda was so awesome in explaining everything.
