Chi'Bal Cocina Mexicana & Tequila Bar

Chi'bal has a really high end decorative look. We went in for a Saturday lunch and our waitress was very pleasant and attentive. We had the yucca appetizer and it was crispy, light and delicious. Both of our meals were fresh and tasty. I also had the Sangria and it was fruity, with a balanced juicy wine combo. Overall a really good visit.

I’ve driven past this restaurant for years but finally decided to try it out. You’ll NOT be disappointed. The portions are amazing and the food was delicious

Note that there is a $10 extra fee for flavored margarita pitchers, so $40 is original and $50 flavored for each pitcher. They make a mean guacamole! They are pricey, but the food was delicious. Also, a plus, the bathroom is nice and clean for the women.

Had a great time with the Mrs for valentines day. Will definitely be back. Great food and atmosphere.

The service was impeccable. Leslie was our server and she was friendly, helpful and awesome! When I left, unknown to me, my purse had spilt and I left my wallet under the table. A young man ran out to the parking lot and handed it to me before I drove off.
BTW, order the Salmon. Delicious!

2nd visit - perfect churros, beef empanadas, and Mexican mule

The food, drinks, and service was amazing! Best mango margaritas I have had. Reasonable prices for serving size. Relaxing, pleasant atmosphere.

Food was fantastic. Presentation on point. Unique drinks. Excellent service. For all of this, the cost was also great. This was our first time there and we look forward to returning.

This place is a gem in Laurel. The prices are reasonable for a fairly classy atmosphere. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the margaritas we're wonderful.

Pro tip: they taste better ordered individually than by the pitcher, it's hard to make things en masse with the same consistency as a smaller batch.

Great food, great service, great environment! I was greeted by a chef, welcomed by hosts, and was served well the entire time. The setting is modern but comfortable and very clean. The prices are very reasonable (especially during the all-day happy hour Mondays), and the food tastes great! I love this spot.

This was my first time ordering from here. I ordered the fettuccini de pollo pasta and it was really good! The chicken was seasoned really well! The restaurant looks decent inside as well! I'd definitely go back for dining. They have outside dining, but of course it's getting cold right now. During the pandemic they had the igloo cubes outside.

Amazing service! The food was DELISH! I enjoyed their take on Latin food. The drinkare really delicious and very strong. The food came out relatively quickly. Definitely recommended. My favorite plate is Carne asada.

So I saw my friend post about this restaurant, and just from pictures I could tell that I had to give it a try! I’m surprised that there wasn’t a huge line. So I got seated and the atmosphere is great and relaxed. I decided to get the chicken tacos and churros for dessert. The tacos were great and the salsa verde was spicy but very flavorful. The white rice was great. Everything was very delicious and greatly cooked. The server recommended the churros and they were amazing. Probably the best churros I’ve had. And the price was way more than fair! They definitely put quality as a top priority! Will be coming back many times!

Might be one of the best spicy margaritas out there! Knew it was going to be a good sign of things to come and the food was excellent! We easily over indulged but it was worth it!

Excellent food and the small plates are great for sharing or ordering several to try a variety of dishes.

The drinks are tasty and they don't water anything down. Even the jalapeño drinks have the seeds in them (spicy!)

Easy parking and prices are good.

This Mexican Restaurant its a hidden gem in the laurel Area.
I'm a restaurant guy, I eat out most of the times. All I ask is good customer service, good food and good drinks. Chibal has it all the Manager Walter is cordial and he offers impeccable service. The drinks and food are serve fast and with an excellent quality. Ceviche my was favorite food.

While we were dinning I told the manager that I was trying to find a restaurant like theirs to celebrate my birthday he suggested to have it there. I told him that there will be a lot of people and we will need superb service, taking in consideration that my last birthday we rented a Yatch for 40 people to go around in the Potomac so i cant downgrade i need something similar. My friends are very demanding when it comes to go out. Well long story short I end up having my Birthday celebration there with of my 50 guest. The restaurant took care of all of us like we were VIP. The place was cozy & elegant but fun at the same time. I'll definitely recommend you to have your event there. No bad attitudes, no crazy prices and the most important we had a blast.

This place is a hidden jem in Laurel. The happy hour deals are really nice. This place has come up a long way. The wings and empenadas are amazingly delicious.

Stopped by for drinks with my boyfriend. We ordered mojitos margarita and 5 shots. Drinks are strong!! To eat I got the avocado cesar and carne asada. Loved the side of beans and the guacamole. Absolutely great service, our server was friendly and recommended great drinks. The manager was so nice at the end she gave us 2 Chibal shot glasses she was sooooo nice!! I would recommend this place for the service and music alone. We had a great night!! 10/10

A little bit pricey for the portions, but the flavor and texture is amazing. Only been here once and had the camarones (shrimp) and the salmon and they were really great. It was a slow night so I liked the calm atmosphere which was what I was looking for.

Went there today for the first time with my two sisters and we loved it. The decor is classy and the ambiance is nice. Our waiter was very very nice and the food was great. I'm definitely coming back!!!!
