I went there last week to look at wranglers and met Brandon. He helped me find the perfect Rubicon and had it shipped in. While waiting on it to be detailed after I bought it, I went to the parts attendant to get to know the people that will be handling my Jeep whenever I bring it in and Ashley H went over the procedures and processes as well as introduced me to the parts counter for when accessories become available for the 2024’s. In short, Brandon was top notch in taking care of me and setting me up in my new Jeep and Ashley was on top of her game in ensuring I knew the process for servicing my vehicle. I’ve no problem sending anyone who asks to see those two people.

I inquired about the car on the website and immediately they responded back I was offered to fill out a application so that when I came in everything would be in process I set up a appointment to come see the vehicle the vehicle looked just like the picture on the website they ran the application and got me approved. I really didn't think I was going to be able to get the car because of my credit but CHAMPION DODGE made it happen . Go and check out the inventory and ask for Greg.

My oil change and tire rotation was completed in under an hour. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs

I took my car in because the sun visor was broken and had the worst service that I have ever had. They kept me waiting 4 hours. The lady that works there finally told me that they could have someone take me home and my Jeep would be delivered to me. When I hadn’t heard from them by 5:00 I called and he told me that I could come pick it up. So I was lied to about my Jeep being delivered. I had plans on that night so I had to hunt someone down to give me a ride to the Jeep dealer. I will never bring my car back to that place and will NOT recommend anyone else to do business there.

I’ve been going to Champion for several years now and once again they showed me why. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Christy went above and beyond for me. I was extremely impressed with her knowledge. If she’s available, ask for her! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband took his Jeep truck
In for check of a recall item. He said everyone was very nice, greeted him promptly, the waiting area was spotless, as was the restroom and they even washed his truck.

Had to have a windshield replaced on our brand new Jeep under warranty. Amy Owens our service advisor was awesome. Handled everything perfectly. Love this place, we will definitely be back. From sales to service they are the best.

Let's talk about nice people - that's the Champion dealership. Had the truck I wanted and got a great price. Transaction went easy and they just made the extra effort. Wish other retail places were like this one. Vic, the owner, even stopped over and said hello. Loved the nice new facility. They do it right over there.
