Rich does amazing work and is a pleasure to have in your home. I’ve used him twice from replacing plumbing in the bathroom and installing a stove and couldn’t be happier with his work, manners and prices. I’m going to refer him to anyone that might need his expertise and going to be a lifelong customer myself. I don't know where to begin or honestly know the words to say. Let's just say Precise Plumbing LLC is heaven sent! Mr. Rich is awesome, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and knows what he's doing. Words can't express how happy we are with his work and getting the job done in a timely manner. Mr Rich came out for our hot water heater, and he discovered it was the breaker, so we had to get an electrician. However, he was able to complete a different task for us today. We had a running water leak in our bathroom coming from our tub because the water wouldn't turn off all the way. Our plumbing is allllllllllllllll the way jacked up and was trying to give Mr. Rich an run for his money, but he was determined not to be defeated. He got job done rightand he will be our plumber for here on out. I highly recommend Precise Plumbing LLC and if you want great work, someone that's knowledgeable, someone that respects your house (he wore shoe covers coming in and out) and someone that's going to be straight-up with you, he's the man for the job! I rarely give five stars for anything but Rich from Precise Plumbing was knowledgeable efficient and expedient in replacing our hot water heater. The quote/cost seemed fair since he not only replaced the existing 32 year old water heater but he had to change a few other things simply due to age of the existing set up and pipes etc.

He is super sweet…, he did an excellent job. I will give him a call again. He definitely 5 stars.

I had several plumbing issues from installing new toilets to stuck faucets and Rich was able to take care of all of those issues. All of his work was very professional. I appreciated how much he explained the process and worked with me to meet my needs. I will definitely be calling them if I have any future plumbing issues.

I called Precise Plumbing on the weekend. Mrs. Jennifer answered the phone very nicely. I explained my problem. It was a little late in the day so she said that the technician could be at my house Monday morning.
Monday morning Mr. Richard called on time to let me know that he was going to be on his way shortly. He arrived on time and introduced himself. I informed him of my finding and he proceeded to check my garbage disposal. After assessing the problem he gave me several options. After agreeing on how to proceed he was quick to get the tools from his truck and replace the garbage disposal. He was a pleasant person to talk to. Observing his work I could tell that he know what he was doing very well. He doubled check on his work to make sure it was up to the highest expectations. Mr. Richard is very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this company for its responsibility and quick/excellent work.

Precise plumbing was very professional, friendly and above all else they came to the rescue! My water heater went out on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend and they were there the next day to install a brand new water heater! Installation was quick and non intrusive and I actually learned a few new things! Use these guys, they are top notch.
