Food Giant

Food Giant is an excellent regional full product line grocery store. They are able to compete with the large national chains with efficient stores and excellent super specials every Wednesday. The meat can be bought in smaller 1 and 2 pound packages, the larger 3 to 5 pound family packs or in larger 5 package or bulk weight prices. Their meat prices and selection is excellent.

This Week's 2 pound strawberry special is excellent.

I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I walked through the door. The store itself was clean and beautiful and well organized, showing a lot of hard work. The employees were friendly they were helpful and willing to help you. The fruit and the vegetables looked very fresh and the smell in the store was absolutely marvelous.

Good customer service and management. There always going out of there way to assist the customer. Appreciate you guys and gals.

The staff definitely makes this place! Everyone from the manager to the clerks & stocker were so friendly as well as all the patrons we came in contact with. They are a true "neighborhood" store & I enjoyed our visit. Good selection of items, and just happened to go on a good day for meat specials. Worth the prices to support this employee owned business. Would definitely shop again!

Even before I started working here I loved this place. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Jonathan, don't you think your review was even a little unfair? You might have came at a bad time, WU might have been down or something. Every store has problems. I'll tell ya this though. Our manager is the most amazing boss I've ever had. I have seen that man down on the floor cleaning. There is nothing he asks of us that he doesn't do himself. So, before you go off getting mad because something didn't work the way you wanted it to, maybe you should stop and take a look around and see what's really in front of you, and not just what you want to see. I hope I work here for a very long time. It's like a family here.

Prices are good. Friendly staff. Clean store!!!! I was in the store on April 12th I was being rung up for royal reds with shells still on, when Duwane walked by and said I have those shrimp already peeled in the back. He went to the back cooler and brought them to me, which where $5 dollars cheaper. He was working the customer service booth. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong. Above and beyond customer service you don't find that service these days. THANK YOU AGAIN!! Brett the manager is helpful and polite!!!

One of the last great neighborhood stores here in Biloxi. The manager and cashiers are the nicest people you'll meet. I've shopped here 6 1/2 years. I love the low prices.

I have not visited this store for over 10 years, because it use to have an unpleasant smell but I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of meats and other groceries that you can't find in Walmart or Win Dixie,plus the smell is gone😊 I will continue to shop here!

This place is a grocery store that has item for a reasonable price the environment is really clean and is very organized my first time shopping here was a maybe a few weeks a month ago now the pace of their service is really fast.

FoodGiant is MY FAVORITE Grocery Store in BILOXI MS.. and The Employees and Manager are All Just Wonderful!! Jon has ALWAYS been so Nice , Very Polite, And ALWAYS So Heloful!! I am disabled. And Jon always Bags my things light so I can. Lift them from the buggy to the car. He is the best!! He always greets us with a Big smile, Jon Always asks if i found everything I needed, I live in a retirement Community. Mainly retired and disabled Veterans. And. We usually , at least 3 of us ride together. FoodGiant Has the Freshest Meats And Best Cuts, also Fresh Produce..and best Prices In Biloxi!! The Manager is also so nice. And He too has always been very helpful. One day I had to wait a few minutes to get my M.O. and I understood his situation. And because I had to wait a few mins. He paid for my Drink because I waited... I get my money orders there. They also make copies of paperwork. They will fax things too. FoodGiant. Has Everything Any Neighborhood Food Market has. And More.. They treat their customers like we matter.. And I can't say enough Wonderful things about FoodGiant. 171 Porter St. Biloxi,MS. Across the Street from The Police Station. I Actually look forward to going Grocery Shopping. Its a Joy to be greeted with a big smile. Its not just a paycheck to the employees. They really care about their customers. I will ALWAYS Shop with Them! I am moving to a different part of Biloxi. But I WILL SHOP ONLY AT FOODGIANT. Its worth it. I am a firm believer. When You find a Store With Everything You need. Plus Get Treated with the upmost respect and caring employees. You just stay with them. I want to thank Jon, Our Favorite Cashier, The manager. And the others.. You all Are So Awesome!! I SO MUCH APPRECIATE ALL YOU GUYS AND LADIES!!!! (THEIR MANAGER SPECIALS IS THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN BILOXI) BIG SMILE!!!!

I go to this grocery every day. The staff is always friendly. They're always running manager specials and the meat department to me has the best prices.

Food Giant is a great hometown , Employee owned local grocery . They have great sales every week and an excellent meat 🥩department, Western Union and change machine to cash in change 👍🏼 and the only 50 cent coke machine 👌

Awesome. I was on vacation and needed ice. They not only got it for me but brought it to my vehicle for me.
