Quality Inn Biloxi Beach

I have called the Quality inn and wow this lady was sweet and professional with me I called referring to my upcoming stay and she went the extra mile to check for other reservations for me.
Quality inn is very lucky to have such awesome person as she. Thank you Shonna for your kindness today. Looking forward to seeing you. Also you done your thing in the front desk this morning. Mr. John keep her around she’s good at what she does 😊

The room was good, I liked that it wasn't carpeted!! They have all the breakfast foods. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pleasure stay, location is great, the Gulf is right across the street. Room was good, it was clean and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was better than expected and staff was very helpful, especially John. Only draw back was jittery TV cable. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, very clean room, breakfast on the weekend was super, and the staff was very kind. This hotel was a great choice all the way around. Looking forward to going back to Biloxi and staying at Quality Inn again!

Great place to stay, good price, great people and a great view.

An excellent place to stay either for meetings at the convention center, or just to enjoy the beach. Everything works, everything is clean, the staff is competent, and the beds are comfortable. Nice big pool, meeting rooms, simple pastry/coffee breakfast free. A desk in every room.

You could pay more for ostentatious style, but you couldn't get more done or be more comfortable.

Great choice for hotel in Biloxi. Close to the coliseum. Clean, super friendly staff, great weekend breakfast.

Excellent experience. The view was great. Became our new spot when we visit.

My kids and I stayed two nights and it was great! Right by the beach. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our room was clean and we had no issues! Definitely will stay here again!

Can't beat the price for the location. Room was clean (a little dated, but nothing bad). Facilities - pool, breakfast area, etc. - seem well-maintained. The most outstanding aspect was the staff. John at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating a change I needed from the rooms I had reserved. Not only did he accommodate the request, he was genuinely kind about it. He made us feel welcome right from the start. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for the money spent. The room was a typical hotel room. Nothing fancy but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Conveniently located to the area restaurants, casinos and activities. Pool was clean and closely montiored by staff for excessive rowdiness. I will definitely stay again if we ever return to Biloxi

Price was right, well trained and curtious staff. I appreciate the hardwood floors because you know it's clean. Housekeeping does a very good job making beds and supplying towels. Breakfast leaves a bit to be desired but it's in line with other motels. If you're a beach person it's perfect, right across from the Gulf. Our military unit had eight reunions there and being the organizer I never heard any complaints from our group all comments were positive. I don't use the pool but I saw someone cleaning it and organizing the tables and chairs every day. It isn't a new facility by a long shot but it's well maintained. I've stayed there for up to a week in addition to the reunions days. I like the place and hope the staff and structure don't change.

No complaints, nothing special. The hotel is dated but the room was clean and the staff were great. The room had a hard floor instead of carpet, which I feel is a lot cleaner. The beach is just across the street, not too crowded but the water was a little murky when I went. Lots of good, unique places to eat within 5 minutes by car. Breakfast was the standard hotel biscuits, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal and juice. Wifi was fine, pool looked clean. Quiet at night and cold A/C.

Our room was large and updated. Wood floors. Great location. Across from the beach. Hot breakfast. Very good. Not close to casinos so will have to drive. But worth it. Nice pool. Everything was clean. Staff were all nice.

My husband was working, and I would sit at the beach. Lovely time! We stayed 2 extra days during the off season, during Thankgiving. Would do again. There is a huge live oak tree in front of the hotel, I would love to do a pencil sketching of it.

Last minute stay as we were passing through. Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Room was clean & quiet.
Only thing that needs improvement is need handicap parking in the " horseshoe". We had to park next to the road and room was other end. Would definitely recommend & would stay again.

I was very pleased with my stay. The room was clean, had all the necessities I needed, fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, a good selection of tv channels, strong wi-fi, plus right across from the beach. Also it was very quiet, they have a no noise policy, if someone is making a ruckus they have them leave. The young lady at check in was very sweet.

The management and staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The facility was clean and well run, and the breakfast was very good. Nice pool area too! A great place at a great value!
