I’ve had my unit for awhile now and I love how convenient it is. The monthly reminders are a huge help because I easily forget about my unit. Ms. Theresa is amazing and very sweet. She’s always available and calls back if she misses your call. I would definitely recommend Tucker Road Storage !

Having had our unit here for over 3 years now, we could not be more pleased with the service, the facility & the fair price we receive! This is a locally owned business who communicates promptly & always respectfully, & did not charge us to cut a lock when our key was lost. You deal with a local staff who is aware of your unit, not a remote staff. We were given a fee waiver for some rental months during the pandemic. The unit and surrounding space is consistently clean, and any issues are always promptly & professionally addressed (such as an outage during a storm). For our work & personal storage, we feel comfortable keeping our business with this company. It's in a great location and the traffic is minimal, while we have easy access to the facility.

Tucker Road Self Storage has great service at a fair price. I did business with them for years, and they were safe, affordable and dedicated. They have not been a disappointment, like some other storage places that I have had.
Management offers excellent customer service, and stays on top of the game with pest control and maintenance. Other facilities that I have used have had major problems with pest control, limited climate control, and mildew, but NOT here. This facility is EXTREMELY well kept, and offers climate controlled units and non-climate controlled units. It is immaculate, and pest free.
There are also plenty of security features, such as security cameras, and a gate with an access code. It feels quite safe and secure for storing items that you do not have room to keep at home, tools, art supplies, clothing, or whatever else you may have.

Management is amazing and so helpful! Ms. Theresa is always checking on the units and making sure I had adequate locks on the storage. Great communication via email/phone. Never a problem getting to your unit and working on storage. Lots of space to work with. Would definitely recommend Tucker Road to anyone who needs storage facilities with easy access to them.

We have used Tucker Road Self Storage for over a year now. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. The climate controlled unit we rent is secure, clean, and has fairly high ceilings which we took advantage of. I highly recommend.

I’ve been renting a unit for a few months. I don’t have space in my home for a lot of important things to me. I rent a climate controlled unit and have peace of mind that my belongings are safe! Theresa is awesome. She always remembers me when I stop in the office. Such a small gesture means so much. The unit has very high ceilings so I could stack multiple totes. I also love that it has a long cart in the building for me to move things to and from my vehicle. If you’re looking for a safe and secure storage unit, Tucker Road is where to go!

Ms.Brenda was very curteous and helpful. She helped me 2 find the right size of unit for my belongings and my budget!! I would definitely recommend this place above all the others! The security one must pass in order 2 get in should give one enough piece of mind knowing their belongings they have worked so hard for are well taken care. There are plenty of security cameras as well!! I rest easy knowing my stuff is well guarded. Very affordable very clean and very friendly!! Outstanding customer service! You have made a life long customer out of me and mine! The only storage we will ever use in Liberal Ks!! The benefits are endless; unlimited options (various sizes/ humidity or climate control/ RV and Boat storage), reasonable pricing, exceptionally clean (never seen any mold/pests), excellent security (fenced perimeter, digital cameras, & key-pad access upon entry), on-site supplies (cart/dolly), AND high ceilings!!! Not to mention the owner, Teresa, is alway beyond helpful accommodating all of my needs with patience and understanding. This place is the best storage facility I have ever used! Recently I moved here from Nashville. This was a huge moving experience for me. I rented a large U-Haul truck to make the trip, which I was dreading. I was quite pleased to know that I could unload my truck ( into a climate controlled unit) and leave the truck there when I finished! Wow! The whole process was quick and easy. Knowing the property is gated and very well secure was reassuring to say the least. The property is well maintained and the customer service is AWESOME!! The manager is professional yet, very welcoming. It's a nice feeling to feel comfortable when dealing with businesses. Especially when they are taking care of me and my belongings. :) THANKS for rocking it you guys!!!

Theresa, the property manager, is very helpful and understanding to work with. I have had my classic Jeep in storage there for 2 years. I have been ill, in and out of the hospital and she always works with us and makes sure I don't have to worry about my Jeep or storage.

Our home storage shed was destroyed by hurricane Zeta and we needed a replacement. Tucker Road Storage was our answer. I was taken back by the professional, yet personal welcome I received there. Of course the unit I selected was securable, the perfect size, and clean to a fault, but the manager was a class study on how to do business in today's world. She immediately addressed all my questions and concerns with knowledge and experience; explaining company policy while anticipating my needs in the process. I have been kept informed of policy changes, and promptly notified of all matters concerning my rental. I have received holiday cards from this company. Who does that! This company does it right; and I couldn't be more pleased with Tucker Road Storage. .

Excellent staff and well maintained. We have had things at this storage for 3+ Years. Theresa is so awesome she even knows my voice when I call to make A pmt over the phone.

I searched around locally and checked out many storage facilities before seeing this storage facility. The office management were so friendly and helpful. The prices were cheaper than any place I visited plus they offered a 5% discount when you enrolled in autopay. I have never had any issues or concerns with them. Great place - would recommend to anyone!

My sister and I live in other states. We have our mother's things stored here. Love the owners they are great ! When there is a tropical storm or hurricane they call everyone and let them know if there is any wind or water damage to their unit.

We've had our storage unit for about 6 months now and have no issues! They have the best prices, always clean inside, easily accessible! Having uhaul vehicles to rent also adds convenience! Would definitely recommend to family or friends looking for a place to store their possessions.
