It is not like other trailer parks they have a pool, a park, and it was nice and tidy !

Shout out to Mr. Lon for letting my family move in with no down payment. Moved in with my kinfolk back in 2013 and didn't have two wooden nickles to rub together. Mr. Lon seen me keeping up a few lawns and he listened to my story and history was written. 🚀🚀🚀🚀

Great management. Best mobile home park around. Great pool. Clean and orderly park. Rules enforced. Feels safe and secure. Love it!
