BBQ Man

The BBQ Man cooked a whole pig for our event. It turned out perfectly, and the sides were great too. I would order from them again.

Best bbq around! Delicious every time and I'm so happy I live 5 minutes away to enjoy it.

We have stopping here for years. Best bbq hands down wish there was a more broad menu burgers, chicken etc... Still better than any other place I have been and I have not traveled alot but I have been to the surrounding states and they blow everybody out of the water.

Again they need to open the dining room back up, Covid lock down has been over.

We loved everything about this place. They run on a small staff but were super nice and the food was excellent. We went here for a friend's birthday party and they were very accommodating. They have a good variety of food from pork BBQ to ribs to even hamburgers.

I have driven by this restaurant a hundred times. Finally decided to stop in for lunch today. I'm glad I did. Barbecue was good and the service was great. The hush puppies were delicious!

Food and service was great. Pulled pork sandwich with Cole slaw. The tea was really good too.

Came upon this place for the first time in years since I had last visited. We showed up to eat <15 minutes before closing and we were still graciously accepted. The food was piping hot and freshly made, the BBQ was peppery and top notch, fries were solid. Waitress was pleasant and accommodating - drinks never ran low. All in all a neat place and good BBQ joint over near Caldwell CC.

Very good BBQ! I went for the BBQ plate deal and the family made me come right back to buy for them. It was very good!!

BY FAR the best bbq I have had in my life. The smoked chicken has a rich, peppery flavor and the pulled pork is absolutely amazing. I would eat here every week if I could. The staff is so friendly and attentive. If you haven't been here, you are missing out.

We have been going to this place for about 4 to 5 years....Always consistent and delicious!!! The pulled pork sweet and juicy never dry and always fresh. The Potatoe Salad always fresh and made daily. We always order alot of food to take home for two people What I would
consider eastern NC BBQ....Keeps me coming back

Awesome $5 drive through special. Barbecue is so good you don't need sauce. But if you do like sauces he has mustard style barbecue sauce that is to die for. Vinegar sauce is excellent also. My husband loves his beans... and the slaw is good too.

I met the owner at a ServSafe Class that is required of everyone in the restaurant business. He was so knowledgeable about food safety, he could have taught the class. His sanitation score is 100 % and his BBQ is excellent. Check the place out. The food is great and his pig collection is adorable!

I don't understand how this place was empty when my wife and i stopped in to eat. There were no other customers just the staff, which is a shame. The food was excellent, and i don't remember ever going to a bbq place and leaving satisfied as cheaply as here, $30 for me and the wife, and i had ribs. They have 4 sauces and a dry run they bring out, all of which are good, but the vinegar+mustard base is honestly the best. (My opinion there, it's at least worth a try, even if you're not sure.) I admit if you're not headed towards boone, it could be a hassle to get in here as you'll have to use the turn around, but if you want good bbq or ribs, or chicken, it's worth the effort

Recently used the Bbq man to cater my brother's wedding. So glad we did. One less thing to have to worry about in a hectic situation. They came, set up, served, cleaned up, and were gone with ease. Food was great, and I'm so pleased we used them!

Best BBQ I've had in a long time.. I had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and pickles and it was so good no barbecue sauce was needed, very tender very juicy and the baked beans was fantastic

We love the BBQ man! The food is always great, the BBQ practically melts in your mouth. Hank and Sara are amazing!

The dining room is closed before of COVID. We used the driver thru. It was quick. The food was awesome!! We loved it!

Really good BBQ at great prices! Super cute inside. Very friendly staff. We will be back.
