Had my surgery here yesterday for gallbladder and had the best experience. Dr. Palmer was my doctor and I highly recommend. All of the nurses, anesthesia, etc were up to Date on everything, professional and accommodating. I've never been a fan of the ER, but the surgery center was amazing.

I had the absolute best experience, delivering my son and postpartum care. Every single nurse that took care of me was astoundingly. Amazing. I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone that took good care of me. Thanks to them I had an amazing experience.

I recently had lumbar surgery at High Point and I can't praise them enough. From when I first got there, the nurse preparing me for surgery, anesthesia, the man who monitored my nerves during surgery, recovery room nurses said the nurses on the 8th floor who looked after me with so much care. Of course my surgeon, Dr. Cohen was great. I recommend this hospital to everyone.

My mother has had to be hospitalized several times over the past year. She and our family has chosen High Point hospital over the other local hospital's. The doctor's and nurses have always taken good care of her. Thank You for caring for our Mom.

The ENTIRE High Point team was EXCEPTIONAL on EVERY level during my husband's recent Open Heart surgery !!! From our surgeon, Dr. Kon and our cardiologist, Dr. Smith to the nurses, Pastorial team ( Tiffany) and the PT staff, the care and constant monitoring were AMAZING !!! There is a dedicated nurse (ours was the fabulous Tiffany) in the CCU to attend to the patient's post-op needs. She NEVER left my husband's side as she vigilantly monitored his vitals and pain level ( without a cell phone in SIGHT -- we noticed!!) for her ENTIRE 12 hour shift. Nurse Leigh was equally remarkable, as she takes her patient's care and comfort VERY seriously !!
When the PT team assisted with my husband's first "walkabout" the ENTIRE nursing staff clapped and cheered ( quietly 😉) to my teary-eyed delight !!
EVERY interaction at Atrium Health High Point Medical Center has been absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! World class treatment during a stressful, frightening time !!!

Communication wasn’t the best but it was due to changes that the higher ups did not pass down. When Mike the nurse in the ER showed up to take care of my girlfriend things changed. He advocated for us and made sure we knew of everything going on. He really took her care serious. I can not thank him enough and this hospital and Atrium have a real hero with him and I hope they recognize this!

Nurse Assistant Sandra and Nurse Hanh were an absolute delight and took excellent care of me and provided world class service. This is an excellent hospital.

I am immensely grateful to the entire medical staff at Atrium Health Wake hospital for their life-saving efforts in rescuing my father just four days ago. When his condition rapidly deteriorated, his wife rushed him to the hospital as he struggled to breathe, with his lungs filled with fluid. Without the quick and decisive action of the doctors and staff, I would forever regret not answering my father's phone call earlier that day. The dedication and expertise of the emergency room team, the ICU staff, and the 6th-floor medical team have given me the priceless gift of hearing my father's voice once again. I cannot express enough gratitude for this incredible outcome. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It was a strange coincidence that I fell ill at the same time as my father, and I also was promptly admitted.

From the moment I arrived, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and hopeful. The emergency staff, Ashely, my nurse, the ultrasound technician, CT technician, doctors, and the entire team on the 5th floor (especially my nurse Denise and my nurse at night) were truly outstanding. Despite the gravity of the situation, they managed to ease my anxiety and ensure that my stay was as pleasant as possible.

I regret that I can't recall everyone's name, but please know that I am immensely grateful to each and every one of you. You all played a crucial role in turning what could have been an incredibly trying ordeal into a positive experience. Your care and dedication have left a lasting impact, and I cannot thank you enough.

Once again, thank you for everything you did for me and my father. Your professionalism, compassion, and expertise have not gone unnoticed. Please convey my appreciation to your entire team.

The staff were attentive and kind. The doctor talked to me in a way I could understand. Can't say I had a great time, it is a hospital, but I have no complaints.

These people deserve a good review! My mother broke her femur and she has been so well taken care of, and I am beyond appreciative! Nurses Tiffany & Michelle on 6th floor north were remarkable and they truly care about their patients! They are what all nurses should strive to be. Andrew at he emergency room entry is beyond kind and helpful. Dr. Babcock is one amazing surgeon- top notch- an orthopedic genius. They deserve so much credit and applause. Thank you for your great care for my mother, kindness, and compassion! We are all so grateful to have had you there during this tough time

The staff, including nurses and doctors were top notch! They were on top of things from day one until I left two weeks later. Never once did I feel like a number, always treated as a person and a priority! Would go back again if needed and would definitely recommend! These staff members saved my life! I can’t say enough!

The staff took really good care of my husband and they were very consistent in checking on him and making sure he was comfortable. We were in the ER from 3ish and we got discharged around 11 pm but I am very pleased with how well they treated us. They even gave me some blankets and let me prop my feet up to be more comfortable while I waited with my husband.

Had my first surgery here for gallbladder removal. Can’t say enough how fabulous the doctors and nurses were! They were so attentive and always made I was comfortable. Told me what a great job I did. I also was amazed at how quick it was. I was told my surgery was going to be at 7:15 am so be here at 5:15. I brought my iPad in case I had to wait a while because I know that happens at hospitals, didn’t even get a chance to read. By the time they did all my check ins and got my IV in, we waited a few minutes for the doctor and anesthesiologist to talk me. After that I was being wheeled back to the OR at 7:15-7:20. Surgery itself was about an hour, I then spent an hour in recovery. I went back to the surgery room where they brought my family back and talked about aftercare and gave me more pain meds. I was headed home by noon.

I went to high point hospital to have a major back surgery. When I got there I was scared to death. They took their time to explain every step in detail. I got to meet the full team that was going to work on me before I went into the OR. When I came out. The nurses on the eighth floor were amazing. They didn't have any problems going that extra mile to make me comfortable. They did an awesome job and made my whole experience an easy one. Thank you so much.

I had surgery today for the first time, and had hernia surgery. I cant say enough how great the staff was till the time we first walked in, to the outstanding nurses who work there and how kind and how they made me feel comfortable and I was going to be okay. Dr. Palmer was outstanding from the first time I met him and through my whole surgery experience there. My family was very appreciative of everything they did for me and recommend anyone to Wake Forest Baptist Surgery center!!!

Excellent inpatient physical and occupational therapy. Very sweet and helpful staff, great food. I can't complain about one single thing. I don't understand how any of their reviews are bad.

I was admitted here about a month ago though the ER. The wait there was about 3 hours before I got a room, but it was busy so expected. I spent 4 days in hospital. All my doctors and nurses were amazing. No issues with having visitors.

I love High Point Regional. No one wants to go to the ER or the hospital. With that said each time I have went the staff and the experience has been peaceful and pleasantly surprising. Both of my children were born at High Point Regional the nurses are very sweet.
I recently went because my son was in an accident and they kept both of my children and myself calm while attending to us very quickly.
I am currently trying to relocate my mom to the city due to the wonderful care experiences I have had with this health system!

I was in the hospital 3 times in 2019. Each time was over 7 days. I received excellent care each time from everyone. There was some waiting for test but it was understandable. Everyone was kind and very patient. I wish I could mentioned them all by name. The last visit was a total of 30 days which included rehab where everything had to be done for me for a while. I was very well taken care of. No complaints at all.

I had my baby on 28th of October; now if it wasn’t for the wonderful staff I definitely would rate the hospital a one start. I had a really bad experience with the actually c-section. I was able to still feel the pain during the surgery. Terrible experience. However the nurses there that took care of me were wonderful. And made sure I was well taken care of after.
