We live 3 hours from Premier Auto Sales and when we reached out to John and Curtis, they replied quickly and with great honesty! They described the vehicle and the current condition with much transparency. We made the drive to check it out and we are glad we did. They were correct about the first one and that it did not match our need. We chose not to purchase that one. We actually bought a different vehicle! This van was checked out by our local mechanic and is in great shape! It's perfect!

We enjoyed meeting the staff at Premier and felt comfortable with the entire process. They made it happen on a Saturday and prevented us from having to endure another 3-hour drive to complete the purchase. Way to go! These guys are the REAL Deal!

I Bought a 2019 Yukon XL Denali from these folks. It's been about a month. Truck has been running just fine thus far. The vehicle was in great shape and condition when I picked it up. It's a high mileage vehicle, but seems to have been taken well care of, and also cleaned up real well, almost like new. The folks here were great to deal with. They gave me a good deal I think thus far. I think... If, and when it comes time to purchase another used vehicle... I may just look here first, perhaps... see if they can hunt me down what I'm looking for. Skeptical on buying used these days.... but if most dealerships were easy to work with, and showed the meticulous care in their vehicle choices and care of those vehicles.... I perhaps wouldn't be as skeptical. well done. Keep it up

THE ABSOLUTE BEST FOLKS!!!! Literally looked at the car on Monday, explained to them my process and plan, they listened and literally one week later, I drove off the lot in the car I wanted! Chris is amazing and def got that southern hospitality. Curtis and John were great throughout the buying process and patient with me as this was my first solo big girl purchase. They were willing to stay open late for my dad to travel to check out the car. Overall, nothing but great people and amazing customer service from Premier. People who are willing to help people and I love that! I will definitely be back in the future.

A+ Dealer in my opinion. The wife and I were in the market for a clean low mile TDI VW and Premier had two in stock. They were the 3rd dealer we had visited that day (All of the other dealers we visited never walked outside to even ask if we needed help) and we had driven around an hour and a half to get there from Fayetteville. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Chris. Chris was very friendly, welcoming and had good conversation. He pulled out both cars for us to test drive and was very patient in the process. (Give this man a raise). After deciding on which car we wanted to purchase, he handed us over to Curtis which helped us seamlessly in the financing department. The owner John was also very nice and checked in often to make sure we had all of the info and resources we needed. Overall the process was great. We noticed a little rattling in the front right brakes on the way home and they had just been replaced. I let Chris know this on a follow up text/ call. Luckily I am mechanically inclined so I pinpointed the issue immediately upon taking off the wheel and noticed it was just a small error the mechanic had made while changing brakes. I put the clip in it’s correct place on the caliper and test drove the car, everything is now good to go. I recommend doing business with this dealer as they have good family and business values.

If you want to be treated like family, and be well respected, this is definitely a place to go. Good quality cars, and great service. My car was detailed and sparkling when I left the lot. Definitely will recommend to anyone you buy a car here.

This particular carlot stands out above and beyond the rest. I am a very detailed person and I am suspicious of predatory auto dealers, but the owner and his family treated me as a welcomed customer all the way through the testing and purchasing of my vehicle. Curtis was very transparent and beyond respectful with the trade and sell transactions. I will recommend friends and family to this dealership because they are honest people:)

10/10! I have been around cars and dealerships my entire life, and this was the smoothest car purchase I have ever been a part of. I called and scheduled a test drive, and I was gone for almost an hour inspecting the vehicle, and they did not mind at all. I financed the car that day after I pointed out some minor things I would like done before I picked it up. They had no problem doing it! Everyone from start to finish was AMAZING! I recommend then to everyone, especially because they only charge the required fees by the state, and they are a certified DMV dealer, so you do not have to go to the DMV!!! I love my Fiat 500c, and I have gotten so many compliments on it! Thank you!!!

Chris and John were friendly and easy to talk to (Chris even offered to deliver my vehicle to my home 20 miles away after I bought it since I had to return my rental). They held a 2019 Subaru WRX STi for me for a couple days while i got everything around me situated so i could purchase it. Even when I asked them to install a new backup camera on my Honda Accord they said yes right away and took care of everything! I was going through some trouble with the bank when getting a car loan and during that period they kept in contact with me to make sure everything was going alright and ensured me the car would be waiting for me when I got done with the process.
