USA Bidet

I purchased a bidet several years ago while my elderly parents were living with me. We all loved using it, including my 6-year-old granddaughter. She even convinced her parents to get one at their house. The quality is excellent and the customer service is top notch. I wouldn't want to be without it anymore. Highly recommend this brand!

I have had various other options for in-seat bidets and have tried a few different brands. However, I was compelled to first purchase a USA bidet after learning it is made from US steel. Their customer service was excellent when talking me through the options and I decided to make the investment. The water stream is the best option I have tried- excellent targeted cleaning while still being gentle. When I first purchased this bidet, my fiance did not like the way it looked. After using it a few times, however, it has become a staple of our bathroom and is one of the things she misses the most when we leave home. Absolutely phenomenal product. If you believe in paying for quality, this is for you.

I worked with Thom to help him with some hard-to-locate items. He is a gem to work with, always has a random fun fact for me, and it's obvious how much he cares about his customers through the care and thought he puts into his product and his business.

We have happily used our two USAbidets for over a decade and just got a wonderful third one for our downstairs bathroom, the RX model. It is simpler and easier to use even than the great older models are. All of these bidets are metal parts, no plastic and no electronics. It is a small company offering friendly assistance and excellent service. The RX is a wonderful bidet for anyone, but especially nice for my husband who has lost some use of his hand due to stroke, and for those with incontinence issues as it comes with an optional extra attachment for a soothing rinse. It's great!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with USA Bidet for about 10 years and have purchased four of their products. The original two did exemplary service for about 5-6 years. And the last two have been in operation with their new valve design for about four years with the same great service. You can order direct from the internet for convenience. However, should you need any service or additional information you contact by telephone. The owner/manager, Thom Lindheimer, has been very gracious in explaining and assisting with details on their operation and ordering replacements or the correct model for your requirements.

Our USABidet has been serving us very well for over 15 years now. I've only needed some extra parts twice, once due to a change in toilet seat, and now a minor steel clip part that I understand is no longer used and the replacement spring is stainless. Friendly, helpful customer service and so great that it's made in the US.

I just ordered a USA Bidet to replace my original that has lasted 20 years with out a hiccup. What a fantastic, simple piece of equipment it is. 100% effective, and easy to install and use. I have recommended these to many family and friends over the years who were skeptical of bidets in general.

My husband broke his back in 2007 and it was discovered at that time that he had a bone disease which caused the break. He lived in a torso body cast for a year plus. During this time he was distraught at not being able to "clean" himself in the bathroom. Doing research we discovered USABidet. After talking with Thom from USABidet we purchased the H1 with the addition of a peri wash function. This model worked great until my husband fell and fractued his right arm at the ball at the shoulder. They were unable to operate and the arm healed with very limited range of motion. Now the current H1 model we had wasn't sufficient to keep his independence in the bathroom so we contacted USABidet again and upgraded to the H2 model with peri wash which allowed him to use the left hand to move the cleanser back and forth. This has been such a blessing for his independence. Thom at USABidet has been awesome at answering questions and coming up with solutions for any situation that is needed. You won't be disappointed with the service and time provided by USABidet!
