Oak Grove Family & Cosmetic Dentistry: Erika Graham, DDS

My 1st visit with Dr Harris, I was 💯 % pleased with the service she provided. I was there for a general cleaning but she was able to adjust her schedule and fit me in for 2 other services I needed done. She was friendly, patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. I will be referring my mother as well.

I haven't been to a dentist in over a year. I was referred by a friend when I had a terrible infection. Dr. Erika Graham and her staff are the best. They were able to get me in to be seen the next day. I will continue to be a patient there and has referred my family and friends. Wonderful staff.

Dr. Graham was fast and accurate. They were able to get me in almost immediately for a dental emergency and refer me for proper treatment.

Dr. Graham is the best! I needed an emergent visit for a problem I was having. I was seen the very next day. NO cavities!!!!! Everything was explained to me on detail including my x-rays. I was then referred to an oral surgeon for diagnosis. I was so pleased with my experience that I scheduled a cleaning for the following week. I was given the utmost attention and compassion from everyone in the office. Please ignore the other not so nice reviews, you will not be disappointed! Thanks Oak Grove dental.

I hadn't been to a dentist since before the pandemic started, so I truthfully wasn't looking forward to my appointment. Everybody at Oak Grove is super nice and welcoming, and the whole appointment was a breeze! 10/10 recommend :)

Dr. Graham is the most attentive dentist I've ever had, and the dental hygienist I've worked with there is absolutely phenomenal. The office staff are always warm and gracious. I drive all the way from the southwest side of Chapel Hill just to work with this extraordinary staff.

I've used Oak Grove Dental since it opened. Dr Graham is fantastic; she is always professional, polite and engaged. Elizabeth, the receptionist is always extremely helpful, polite and professional. The dental hygienist, Ariel is always professional, polite and does a great job when cleaning my teeth. Those are the names I remember, for the most part the other staff do a good job and make me feel as comfortable as possible. I hate the dentist but these folks make visiting them
tolerable.

Because our employers do not value our humanity (thanks UNC), my wife and I do not have dental insurance. We found a groupon for Oak Grove Dental and tried it out for cleaning and x-rays. It was the best dentist experience I have had in my life. The staff were phenomenal, from the front desk, the hygienists, to dentist. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly kind. The hygienist I had was particularly great--she was patient, professional, and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend Oak Grove Dental.

This was the second time that I came to work as a Dental Assistant through a temp agency at this office. I can't say enough about how clean, friendly and professional that this staff is! The office manager is so sweet and she knows how to get the job done. Stellar Dental office and I'd recommend family and friends. They do a great job!!

Truly a family atmosphere! My second time there they were greeting us by name when we walked in the door. They made the uneasy feeling of going to the dentist nonexistent. My children look forward to their cleaning. Would recommend to everyone.

I was a little skeptical going to the dentist with a groupon for the first time, but they really treated me well. I'd heard lots of horror stories about how some dentists use the groupon to get you in the door, then tell you that you have a bunch of cavities just to bill you for more service. Not so with these guys. They included panoramic X rays (which are normally really expensive) with the deal and did a great job. They're a new practice trying to build patients and are willing to work for it. Very satisfied.

My favorite dentist of all time i will be with them for years to come ! After my experience with dental works that company made it hard for me to trust any other dentist. After coming to oak grove it’s safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else. Thank you for the great work that you all do !

Great staff and great dentist. I have known them for years, the are very professional... Dr Clark have seen everyone in my family, my dad, wife, son... I'm very grateful to know him.
