Waterford Place

I have been a resident of this apartment for 3 years now. The apartment came under new management about a year back and since then they have renewed roads, cleaned breezeways, put in lights for visibility in the night, made online payment portal better and easier to use. The staff have become better too. A special shoot out to the Manager Johnika. She has started community events not done here before. Better she took up my grievance with property management appropriately and resolved it to my delight. Not many property managers take care of tenants grievances the way she did. Overall a great experience.

We have had such an awesome experience moving into Waterford. Teyon has been incredibly patient with all of my questions and has really gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable with our new place! I really appreciate all of the effort! We've never been made to feel like we were bothering anyone during the process (although I'm sure we did! 🤣) Everyone has been absolutely wonderful!

Teyon was absolutely amazing through the entire process. He made the stressful process of finding a place and moving a breeze. Throughout the entire process he was keeping us updated and was doing whatever he could to make it the easiest ever. The actual apartment is very nice and my dogs absolutely love the dog parks! Thank you so much Teyon for being such a great help!

The proximity to the highway and shopping centers has been a great advantage for us. Being close to both our workplace and daily necessities makes our daily routine much more convenient. Additionally, the neighborhood is peaceful and secure, allowing us to feel safe and relaxed in our new home.

Thanks to Teyon's professionalism and helpfulness, the process of renting the house was smooth and easy. He always responded quickly and provided guidance whenever we had any questions or concerns. We are grateful to him for helping us find this ideal rental property.

I realllllly loved my tour with Jessica. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly! She was even went out of her way to show me a unit with renovations after we toured a classic so I could see the differences I’d be paying for. I will definitely be considering Waterford Place for my housing needs come December.

I stopped by and Jessica was so sweet and helpful! She had a real can do attitude and answered all my questions. The apartments look very nice from what I've seen and the staff is very accommodating.

On Saturday Teyon gave my family of 3 and I a tour of a 3 bedroom condo/apartment. He was so knowledgeable and skilled and was able to answer all of our questions. Waterford is a BEAUTIFUL and Family oriented community and I can tell that my family of 3 are going to love to call Waterford our new home. I have lived here a couple of months & any time I’ve had an issue it’s been handled effectively & efficiently. Teon that works in the office does an amazing job & knows his job really well. Customer service is outstanding & always goes above & beyond to make sure I’m satisfied & for that im so appreciative. Great staff, great place to live!

My experience living with waterford has been good I moved out there in 2022 With my boyfriend they was very friendly and helpful when it comes too picking the place we wanted. unfortunately my boyfriend not here anymore.But I decided too stay out there still just transfer because I just love it
out there it feel like home thank you Teyon for helping me choose a apartment that fits me .

Teon , was my first point of contact in my search for a new place , of all the places I toured Waterford felt like home . I told Teon what I was looking & he made sure it was in my budget , after telling him my move in date he assured me , I would be in by then ! And I was! He was so enthusiastic & reassuring he answered all my questions. Upon entering the unit I said, This is home ! Teon proceeded to instruct me on the next steps , for the application process, within a matter of days I was in my home! He even wished me a happy birthday, this is truly a birthday to remember! I am grateful for Teon & Jessica as well !

I understand working in a high call volume & having to respond to service requests can be demanding, Teon &Jessica have shown exceptional service & provided me the perfect new tenant experience!

I have been living here a little over a month now. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. The move in experience was super easy and professional. I have no complaints about my apartment. Small minor things such as an issue with my patio door was fixed quickly. A couple of spiders here and there have been seen, however, that’s expected with nearly all apartments and easily fixed with the correct pest control. The maintenance team and front office ladies are all very friendly! So far so good!

To the maintenance team I really appreciate how prompt and how fast the team worked on my work order I submitted and Was on time, done right, and with a smile and very friendly! Thanks !

Living here has been wonderful up to this point, and the management team has been incredibly supportive.

Greetings, it’s only proper that I relight a review for the Waterford Place Apartments. Six months ago I was looking for a friendly and safe apartment for myself and my daughter and this was the best I saw. It offers a playground, dog park, tennis courts, and TWO swimming pools! My leasing agent was Cory. He and his staff members are all helpful, friendly, and professional. If you’re looking for a great place to live rather temporary or long term, you want to go see this place!! Best of luck.
