Animal Hospital at Brier Creek

Animal Hospital at Brier Creek has been heaven sent for me and my beloved fur babies! The care they provide is UNMATCHED!! They have soothed my soul (literally & figuratively) and restored wellness for both of my babies. I am so grateful for their loving and devoted care!😻😻🥰

Our little ShiTzu began having breathing problems late in the afternoon. We called to confirm that we could come in on an emergency basis. The practice had everything in place to meet us outside the doors as we drove up. They wisked him away to be cared for. Later after being intebated, x-rated and diagnosed we were given options for treatment. A surgical procedure was chosen. Along with the surgery several other needs were also addressed. This team stayed later than usual hours and remained until we left with our little guy so thankful that Dr Goetz and her staff were there for us one more time. We are very appreciative for all their expertise.

It was a great experience and an unusual visit finding out our “stray cat” was chipped and neutered already. Brad did some digging for us and now the cat is officially adopted by us. The front office folks were very supportive and helpful. Thank goodness we have you all!

The people at Animal Hospital at Brier Creek are awesome! They know my cat gets very anxious when at vet office. They perform exam quickly to decrease the stress on my kitty! Dr Goetz explains everything regarding her health and gives plan of action for future appointments. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!!

I will never forget the staff and Dr that helped me on Friday May 17th, 2024. My almost 15 year old small 4lb doggy had been missing for 3 whole nights, we had been searching everywhere and desperate to find her, we hired a tracking company and they tracked my baby’s scent and we found her, in a ditch in the woods and hanging on for life. I grabbed her hopped in the car put in a vet near me and found this Vet Clinic, I ran in and they immediately took my baby and started helping her. The compassion, the care, the comfort I experienced is unmatched. I just moved to the area and didn’t have a new vet at the time my doggy was always seen at the clinic in petsmart. After hours of working they got my girl stable, and ultimately we had to take her to a 24 hour care facility. I know that I had an Angel with me that day because they were absolutely AMAZING. I will recommend them to everyoneeeee!! If you need pet care from people who CARE this is the place to go. HANDS DOWN! They did not ask me to do this, I still haven’t even given them an update yet, but I went to call them and because it’s Sunday they’re closed, but I just had to tell everyone my experience with them. Thank you all for EVERYTHING I was alone, in tears and shaking and they made me feel so comfortable, the techs and nurses were constantly updating me, they’re incredible. I hope I can bring my Sadiebells in there for them to all meet her when she's home & back to her normal self. Thank you to everyone who was there that day the women at the front desk, the tech that ran me in and held the door, the lady who grabbed her out my arms and took her straight to the doctor, and the two lady’s that was constantly updating me and working on her alongside the Dr. and to the doctor your incredible and thank you so much for everything! I wish I could give 100 stars because you all deserve it! Everyone in there went above and beyond! My family is forever grateful!

My 13 year old lab mix Chloe was diagnosed about a month ago with Lymphoma. We tried a few treatments but Chloe was just too sick. I said goodbye to her today. Dr Goetz was absolutely amazing to us. The advice, support and genuine care that she gave was above and beyond. Thank you Dr Goetz for being there for myself and Chloe! You are truly appreciated!

AHBC always does a wonderful job. Each member of the staff care so greatly about us and our pet. They do a wonderful job making sure we are comfortable, informed, and pleased with each and every visit. We’ve been a few more times than expected, but we have not had a single problem with the services! Absolutely would recommend!

I travel a lot. I have a service dog that travels with me. I was fortunate to find this Vet a block from the motel I was staying in while working in the area. Top notch folks and I trust them completely with the health of my best friend and companion Mason Godfrey

I have had such and enjoyable experience with the Animal Hospital at Brier Creek. I have a senior dog who has very serious medical issues that require medication twice daily and it can certainly be overwhelming. I have also had times where his medicine was low and I was worried that I could not get his refill in time. However, the staff here have been so overwhelmingly pleasant to work with and they are so understanding. Hunter is one of the staff and I must say that he has a manner about him that puts you at ease and makes you feel welcome. He always treats my pup with great care and he is always so helpful. He has even stayed late and made ways for me to get my medication refills when I had worry that I would not get it because of my job commitments. But went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Now when I go there I always look for him. Hunter is a great employee with impeccable customer service. If I could I would give 6 stars. Thanks for making what can certainly be stressful very manageable.

Putting your dogs life in someone else’s hands, I don’t take a lightly. I felt they cared for Zippy and I trusted them going through this experience of him being sick. I am grateful for the outstanding service Dr. G and gang provided. Would recommend them to any pet owner!

We didn’t have an appointment, but they made time in their already full schedule. The staff and Dr. Goetz were professional and caring. It was obvious they love the animals and love what they do. Highly recommend the Animal Hospital at Brier Creek!

I have been going to AHBC to see Dr. Goetz for years. She is very passionate about her work, and has provided incredible care to all of my pets over the years. I highly recommend this vet hospital.

We took our 4 month old golden doodle in for his puppy visit last week. All staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Dr Goetz was prompt in regards to our appointment time and she gave tons of wonderful breed specific information for our puppy. Vet nurse, Hunter, was very knowledgeable and patient (with us and puppy☺). He provided us with a comprehensive notebook full of helpful puppy information to keep us organized. Highly recommend!

We love the staff at Animal Hospital at Brier Creek! Dr. Goetz and her staff took such great care of our dog Hailey until she was almost 18! When we were ready to welcome a new member to the family, we knew we would be back and now they are taking great care of our new puppy, Oakley. We would not want to be anywhere else!

I can’t say enough about the care and compassion I received at Animal Hospital of Brier Creek from my vet Dr. Jennifer Goetz and her staff , during such a difficult visit in saying goodbye to my sweet baby 🐾Samantha of almost 20 yrs .

It’s been a week of almost unbearable sadness with grief and guilt missing my baby girl 🐾 . Questioning did I make the right decision? Was it too soon or not soon enough ? Was she suffering ?😔🐾😔? And I just received the most beautifullest hand written sympathy card with not one but like 12 staff members each wrote a little something to me ❗And the best was from my doctor herself Dr. goetz , and she wrote such kind words as well as including, “just what I had been praying for that I needed to hear “ 🙏❗🙏 I am sooo thankful & touched by The Brier Creek Animal Hospital ❣❗❗

Highly recommend! I was seen right away by Dr Goetz and her staff and they were super gentle and careful with my cat. They also gave me a binder with all of his medical records and other important paperwork regarding his health. 10/10 will bring my cat there again

I took my dog Iris to get her nails trimmed, ears cleaned, glands expressed and a sanitary area trim. The doctor was awesome and allowed me to stay in the room to make sure Iris was comfortable and not anxious. Iris was really comfortable and didn’t seem nervous at all and I liked being able to help with the process. Checking in and out was quick and easy. They were ready for us when we arrived— no wait. I recommend this place to anyone that loves and cares for their pet.

We took Gunner for his second pulse vet treatment and can’t say enough about this. He had his first treatment 3 weeks ago and for the first time was able to raise his leg to pee not long after the first treatment. He can also jump into my four runner which we was never able to do. Jay, Dina and Cre were wonderful. We missed seeing Hunter today, but these 3 more than made up for it!! Thank you to all for the wonderful care and Gunner says thanks!! 😄

Recommended by a family member and did my pets routine checkups there. I can tell by the office décor that the office has a good workplace culture. I have my two cats and one of them, Petra, I found as a kitten very ill. Because of this she has some chronic issues they are very attentive to. They had to poke my kitty multiple times with shots and draw blood but they were very gentle with her. They have a useful app to order prescriptions and price match what you can find online. I have recommended to my friend for his cats too.

Kara did the best job she's ever done with Tucker this week! He looks fantastic! She is so good with him. Kind, loving and sweet, and she takes feedback seriously. Best hair cut he's ever had!
