Beware of renting 9128 Colony Village Lane Raleigh NC 27617 in the Leesville area it is roach infested the owner didnt exterminate we moved in on a Saturday and moved out that Monday. We hadn't even finished unpacking. Roaches so big look as though they had been around for years. They gave us our money back but refused to pay for moving expenses. As far as maintenance is concerned nothing is considered an emergency. I noticed they charged us $1550 a month now I see it's $1500. Not worth it at all. And the young lady Sharmeka who shows the homes not friendly at all they didn't know nothing about the house couldn't tell us what was what plus the owner had left several pieces of houshold items in the house and it wasn't cleaned before we moved in.

Worst management company I have ever worked with.
