Residence Inn by Marriott Raleigh-Durham Airport/Brier Creek

Great location, quiet and clean. There are two properties Residence Inn and Courtyard with shared amenities. RI had bigger rooms, CY has bigger TVs. Your choice. I preferred RI slightly as it feels more like home although I didn’t cook. Breakfast is typical served at RI but can be accessed by both. Bistro is at CY - same logic. Never had food in Bistro as there are lots of restaurants nearby and you can Doordash as well. Airport is only 13 min away and there are lots of parking. Great place for business trip.

Good shower pressure. Check the clocks tho. Not great as an alarm, few minutes off!

Clean sheets. Close to the airport. Good included breakfast. Tho starts a bit late

It was only for 2 nights but it was a wonderful experience staying here. The breakfast buffet was full of quality options. The service was great with easy check in and out processes with no issues.
No one used the pool except us while staying here but it was well stocked with towels.
It's also close to a lot of restaurants and shopping area.
If I'm in the area again I'd stay here.

Perfect for a one night stay. There is breakfast. It is what it is. Its NOT bad. Plenty of coffee. Clean rooms. Confortable beds. Everything clean. No complaints.

Loved the location being closer to airport but still being quite , lot of eateries around the area withing a 5 minutes drive .. warm staff and shuttle service or drop off .. loved it !!

Very quiet, clean and comfortable room. Great location with many amenities in the hotel in general as well as the individual rooms. Great service at the check in/out desk.

Clean place, in a convenient location. The staff at the front desk are courteous, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with lovely, accommodating staff who go above and beyond! A young woman named Conrad I believe, accommodated us with a late checkout at the last minute. Of course they won't be able to do this everytime, but this really made us feel cared for above and beyond, in keeping with our overall experience! Highly Recommend, thank you so much! :)

This is a very nice hotel to stay in if you are working or traveling w kids. The rooms are very spacious. There is a full kitchen and eating table as well as a couch and a work desk in the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything In my room was extremely clean. Breakfast in the am was Great... scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes, bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, sausage and a big appreciation for including Turkey sausage.

Hotel is nice and staff are friendly as well. The hotel is close to the airport and shuttle pickups and drop offs are prompt. Rooms are huge with amenities to sooth your stay. Highly recommended.

Full kitchen. Generic hotel free breakfast that starts out tofurky and veggie and gets real meat by the end of the week. Beagels oatmeal fruit and muffins. Its connected to the courtyard that has a bar and restuarant. The bar staff is super friendly very entertaining and super responsive. The rooms have 2 beds and a fold out couch, full kitchen, everything you need! Need a car. Walkability zero

We stayed at this location for 4 days after a few days of road travel and it was EXCELLENT. The staff was outstanding. Tammy, Dayquan and Anthony in particular, helped to make our stay fantastic. From billing issues to parking accommodations and extras, they handled it all. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and there was parking galore during a sold out weekend. It was close to a lot of restaurants and venues, we found out they had a shuttle to the airport and the pool and gym were nice, too. The only thing I was disappointed with was breakfast. It was a sold out weekend, so certain things were running out and they weren't being replenished. The woman in charge of breakfast did not want to keep being bothered so she would disappear into the back. At one point we walked to the table and came back to get our drinks and she had shut the doors to the buffet. Otherwise, it was fantastic and if we have to go back to Raleigh, this is where we will stay. We have not been disappointed with any Residence Inn location to-date. They keep true to their name!

Really great hotel! Bedroom is big, clean and really beautiful. Really big kitchen area with all that you need. Bathroom is really modern and spacious. The dressing room is pretty cool. Staff are so nice, breakfast was fresh and complete! Pool was fantastic! One of the best hotels that I never been.

Wonderful experience. Nice pool area. Clean pool and lounge area next to the weight room and a door leading to outside relaxation. This site is connected to Courtyard Marriot. It was different yet unique in each hotels accommodations. Residence Inn is Spacious and beautiful decor in lobby and rooms. Great amenities in room. Fully loaded kitchen. The shower was nice. Handicap room was amazingly larger than our adjoining room. Well pleased with the breakfast. A plethora of foods. I'm always grateful for the option of turkey sausage. What a great brand, well prepared along with other sausage and egg choices, fresh fruits, breads, cold and hot cereals. 3 kinds of juices and 2 milk choices. Nice workers in the morning and evening.

From the time I pulled up to check in, I received phenomenal customer service. I had my little one & staff was very nice about making things convenient for my family. Harvey & Elliot were consistently friendly, professional, helpful and warm. Rooms are very clean, smells great and wonderful breakfast. Mixers were nice as well. Thank you all for a great experience. I will recommend this location to all friends and family.

Nice rooms. Clean and comfortable.
Small restaurant onsite with full bar. Nothing fancy but options for food and drink.
Parking was fine. Check-in and check-out we're painless. Great option if you need to stay in the area.

Very modern decor. Room was quite nice
for my Dad who is a disabled veteran.
The handicap accessible bathroom made
us comfortable with his ability to be both confident as well as safe during his stay
here overnight. Highly recommend and looking forward to him coming back to stay here again soon!!

This is the second year we have stayed here for a board meeting. I love the rooms. they are perfect for us since they have the room separated by a sitting area/kitchen. I'm glad the pool was open this year as last year it was being repaired. But what makes my stay is the staff. Elliott is the best. He has excellent customer services and puts up with me teasing him. Freeman does an amazing job of interacting with the guests. Both shuttle drivers were also awesome (Mike picked up from the airport and I can't remember who dropped us off because it was super early) We will be back in October and I'm glad to know that I will be in a good spot

The room was very spacious, comfortable and nice! The temperature was very easy to maintain/change. The room included a large fridge, microwave, burners, coffee pot and coffee, dishwasher (with a few packages reusable detergent) with fully stocked cookware. Every time I came back to my room, someone cleaned all my dishes and left me more popcorn!! The shower pressure was nice and included Paul Mitchell soap, face wash, shampoo and conditioner. The rotating tv was nice to have for the couch and bed. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the amazing stay.

My husband and I arrived at 1am after an entire day of trying to get home to Charleston after dealing cancelled flights from Vegas all day. We finally made it to Raleigh where we planned to get a rental car but our flight arrived after closing. We made it to Courtyard/Residence I. but were surprised to hear the hotels were completely booked. It was the middle of the night with no where to go! But Julie at the front desk was SO understanding and empathetic that she offered us a place to rest drinks and snacks while we tried to figure something out. An event was going on in town and almost every single hotel we called was fully booked but Julie helped us call around to other hotels, until she finally found one that had availability. A kind, helping hand at night after a stressful day meant more than she knows. Thank you Julie, Marriott is very lucky to have you on their team.
