Great doctor.

No bedside manner.My friend's problem has not been resolved after 2 surgeries. There is no compassion at this practice.

Arrived at 2:30 appointment at 2:25. Was not checked in until 2:35, making me stand with my mother in her wheelchair for 10 minutes plus. This would normally not be a problem for anyone else, but I too am disabled having Degenerative Disc Disorder being asked to stand, sit, or lay down for any length of time is painful. At 2:55 we were pulled back to the second waiting room. At 4:00 we were finally called back to go to an exam room. At 4:20 Dr. Collins came in, Spoke to my mother for approximately 3 minutes and left. The nurse came in after 5-10 minutes to remove the nephrostomy tube. After trying for another 5-10 minutes they had to find Dr. Collins to get him to finish the job. It was 5 p.m. before we left. Personally I think 2 1/2 hours is WAY too long for any doctors appointment!
