Fantastic flower arrangements! Fresh, beautifully arranged, and they last!

I called them on a very short notice, with no definite idea of what I wanted. I asked the lady who answered the telephone to use her imagination, only asking to make it youthful as it was for my 17 year old's birthday. As you see from the picture the arrangement turned out very spectacular. Not only was the arrangement better than anything I could have dreamed up on my own they also delivered it for a very small fee!! I highly recommend The Flower Basket!

Wonderful customer service. Less than a hour after I called, the arrangement was delivered to my granddaughter for Valentine’s Day. In the future I will always use The Flower Basket. Thank you very much

Just got a weird vibe from the staff. Apparently the owner was out and nobody there seemed empowered to make a decision. Why be open? Also it would be nice for a florist to know the guidelines of the churches in the area. Not a bad experience but not one that would make me go there over their competition. Another shop ended up assisting and presented themselves much more professionally and knowledgeable during a very stressful situation.

I can’t comment on the arrangements because the customer service was so poor I didn’t order. I was inquiring about a corsage for homecoming. The lady said “when will you need it? I’ve got 2 weddings coming up and that kind of stuff is time consuming”. I politely said thank you and walked away. The home coming is in 2 weeks but I will go somewhere else for my arrangement. Poor way to do business.
