Always love the experience here. They have knowledgeable employees, who actually care about you/your needs and won't try to up-sell you something you might not need/want just for the sake of it. They always have what we need in stock and in the rare case they don't, they order it quickly. I drive "out of my way" to visit Cozmik & always will!

So this was one of the best shops in my opinion. The owner is extremely friendly and actually knows what he's talking about. A huge upgrade from the other one I went to the other day and both people there couldn't answer one question about products or juice. And to top it off they sold me 2 mods (will say at a good price) but then had no coils for it. But luckily I found Cozmik Vapes and this guys isn't a joke like other people. He had everything I needed. He didnt have my tank but he had coils for it. Then I watched him order special coils just for me. He ordered some for me now, and then some to keep in stock for when I need more. Truly this guy has a passion for what he does and is one of the easiest people to deal with. I actually enjoyed spending my money in his shop because he deserves it for all the hard work. Keep on outdoing your competition Cozmik Vapes. I'll be back.

Finally a vape store with good flavors! I’ve been all over Stanly and Cabarrus County and could never find a vape store that sold a single flavor I liked. All of their choices were the same old played out brands and flavors. This one, has things I’ve never seen before. The owner must have good taste because he has ordered some good flavors for his customers. This is the one of the very very few stores in two surrounding counties that has cotton candy vape juice. And he orders the good tasting cotton candy ones! Annnd I’ve searched for the Hype cotton candy for over a year and could not find it, HE HAS IT HERE! Not only that, but my friends from NewYork came down to visit and went to this vape store and they are the ones who told me about it. They told me how cool it was.

The staff are some of the friendliest in the business. My friends and I love going by the shop to talk about the latest products. The owner is fairly knowledgable, but makes up for any lack of knowledge with his friendliness and honesty. You can always feel you've made a good purchase when you leave this shop.

Super nice people , been their a few times now and both people I have dealt with have been great. Can't complain on the prices as far as I'm concerned and has a nice variety to choose from. So all in all great place to go for your vaping needs if you live in the area and would recommend highly.

Amazing service ! Mike and the crew are always there to help and never let you leave with something your not satisfied with. He knows his customers and if he gets something in he thinks you will like , messages you directly. It’s more of a personable experience!!! Cosmik carries the top NEW and improved juice and if he doesn’t have in stock he will go out of his way to make sure he has it on your next visit. The punch card is rewarding and every 10th bottle of juice is free (up to $20)... The only vape store in my area that is worth visiting!

Today Mike at Cosmic Vapes made my experience a phenomenal one. He was super helpful and just isn't there to sell you something to make the money off of you. He took time to explain to me about different vapes to use and which one would be compatible with the current coils I had purchased online. He also recommended a great juice and had me set. I will be a returning customer going forward. Definitely a place to shop for all your vaping needs!!! Cosmic Vapes ROCK!!!!!!!!!

Best place in town (great pricing & lots of inventory) The owner is SUPER knowledgeable and willing to answer any & every question. He even took the time to set up my new Smok G - Priv3 (showed me all its functions etc) so I could test it out before I left. NOW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🙌🏼

Best vape shop I have visited. Many flavors to choose from. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. By the way, I thought I would visit a new shop in the area. They asked where I normally visited. Of course, I said Cozmik Vapes! I was horrified when they started degrading them. Because I love Cozmik Vapes!

Best vape shop in Albemarle. Everyone knows what they’re talking about and the best thing is they will cut up and hang out with you. They make sure you know what you’re doing when it comes to regulated and unregulated mods and they make sure you get the mod and juice that fits your tastes and what you are wanting to use it for. Love this shop. Mike is definitely the best!
