James Zwanch, DO

Recently I had a fnab on a Ti-rads5 thyroid nodule at the Stillwater surgical associates suite. I was treated with respect by caring professionals who made me feel I was there only patient. During my procedure Dr. Zwanch and his nurse and sonographer tech all made me feel comfortable and took time to explain what would happen and made sure I was doing alright before, during and after. I'd highly recommend Dr Zwanch and the caring professionals at Stillwater Surgical Associates.

I had never had surgery before the procedure that Dr. Zwanch performed. I was incredibly nervous, in a lot of pain, and confused about my diagnosis. However, my experience at Stillwater Medical was nothing short of amazing. From my first appointment there, everyone was very kind and reassuring. The office was able to get me in very quickly as well. Dr. Zwanch was very confident from the moment he confirmed my diagnosis, which made me feel better about the surgery. The pre-op appointment was great, and the phlebotomists were wonderful. The day of my surgery, the nurses were amazing-very kind, reassuring, and genuinely kept me calm when I was a nervous wreck. Dr. Zwanch did a flawless job on the procedure, and I was never in much pain at all post-op. They were very clear about instructions for caring for myself after surgery, and they also made it clear to reach out with any questions at all. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time having surgery, and I will definitely be going back to Stillwater Medical for all of my healthcare needs.

Dr Zwanch went out of his way to fit me in at the last minute. He was precise on what would happen was very pleasant and professional. His staff was great and very pleasant

Dr. Zwanch did an excellent job of providing full explanation of the surgery he performed along with the severity of the inflammation of my appendix.

He also explained what I needed to do after my discharge from the hospital. I would rate both both Dr. Zwanch and SMC patient care at A+.

Every one of the hospital staff that I came in contact with was wonderful.. as far as hospital experiences go, this was by far the best. The best doctor and nurses.
