AT&T Store

Jake our sales Rep is a Consummate Professional! We thoroughly enjoyed our purchase experience. He expertly guided us through our purchase -upgraded our plan recognizing our Military Service and decked us out with all the essential accessories All while saving us money and increasing the quality of our plan. Thank You Jake! How often do you walk into any store buy something new and actually walk out really saving money and get a much better plan all for less money…? Probably Never! Thank You Again Jake!

Jake is a new employee there that really helped me out and did an amazing job. I had a really complicated problem and my phone got lost in shipment and I went back and forth calling customer service, and fed ex and spent hours on the phone. I came in reallt frustrated and a still am but he helped me get my phone and stayed cooled calm and collected as issues kept coming up. I'm so grateful he was there to help me.

Elijah is the store manager at the Providence location and Jack works with him. These 2 guys are incredible. I’m dead serious - they are so helpful, kind, and friendly while taking care of all your phone needs! Their store is spacious and clean and I didn’t have to wait at all to be helped any of the several times I visited. They quickly and efficiently took care of everything to get my new phone and even got me on a better plan for only a few more dollars a month! They patiently answered all my questions and stayed late to finish the set up of my phone. I cannot say enough good about this store and these great guys who run it.

Jack helped us almost as soon as we started looking at phones and asked how he could help us. He explained everything, answered our questions, explained all the deals that would be of benefit for us. Wasn't pushy at all. He transferred from our old phones onto our new ones. Told us to come back in with any questions, or help we needed on our new devices. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable! It was a great experience. Unlike one in the past at a different location.

Great store and great location. There is not a long wait, if you have to wait at all.

Elijah is my new favorite person. He helped us apply discounts that saved on our monthly bill, and helped us upgrade 2 phones seamlessly.

Elijah and Jack were both helpful when I went to get a new phone. It wound up being a bit complicated because of my plan and situation (sharing a data plan with family and not being the primary account person), but they were very patient, communicated well and got me through the process smoothly in the end.

Elijah was awesome to work with ! He fixed all our issues we had since we went to costco . He was very helpful and made our experience great . We look forward to coming back and working with him again.

Jorge Garcia is the most pleasant AT&T employer I’ve EVER done business with. He’s knowledgeable and objective. I’m not with AT&T, but AT&T just gained a family of over 50 members - no we are not polygamists, lol.
Tiberius is a solid, respectable family.

I want to thank you for hiring a quality individual who went above and beyond for me and everyone else who I watched enter and leave the store in the time I was here.
He greeted everyone who walked in the door with respect and acknowledged everyone in a timely manner. He let them know how long they might need to wait while he was finishing up the customer he was waiting on.

Jorge Garcia, Manager at the US 89 AT&T store was awesome! He took the time to understand what we needed / wanted, asked good questions to help us make our decisions, helped us choose accessories for our new phones, and quickly and efficiently went through the ordering / invoicing process. He knows AT&T products (we were interested in Apple and Samsung products). He was extremely courteous, helpful, AND patient!! Elijah was absolutely awesome! Answered all my questions and concerns. I felt super comfortable and not rushed.

I can’t remember our service representatives name (maybe Jib) but he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, I didn’t feel pressured, very respectful. My husband and I (15 years+ long Verizon customers) are now with AT&T mostly because of him. He was there every time we went and remembered us and our concerns. Also the cell service better in Hyrum. Thanks.

Brock knew within seconds what our problem was. Got our phone fixed and set up quick. Awesome service and help, will come back with any future needs!

South store in Logan UT is where it’s at! That’s what I put 5 stars for!!
Don’t go to the north store. They are shady and they tamper with your account and lie about devices they claim they put on hold for you. Even if it’s the day before!
South store is the way to go! And hopefully they shut the north store down or get a new management!!

Elijah helped me free of charge on some accessibility issues on my phone! Answered my questions! Would recommend this store!

Go to south Logan!!! It's fast and they help with ease. Anything you need come to south Logan. They are better for your time!!!

This is the best AT&T store I've ever been to. I called ahead to see if someone would be willing to help me install a screen protector and Casey said he could anytime. He installed it like a pro and if I have any problems with my account or devices, I'll certainly be going back there for help.
