North Charleston Family Dental

I had a great experience at this office. The staff were very friendly and professional, my exam was very thorough, and everything was explained beforehand. Dr. Kraker was very professional and gentle. I also thought the price after my insurance was very reasonable. I am looking forward to working with this office again!

I had my first appointment at NCFD this week and first impression when I walked in was "wow". The office is beautiful and welcoming. I had the pleasure of being greeted and checked in by Ryan. She was super kind and very helpful. The next person I met was my hygienist, Rachel. She was amazing! Answered my MANY questions and made me feel so comfortable. I was then greeted by my dentist...she was very nice and informative. I was scheduled for a deep clean two days later. Having never experienced anything like this, I was quite nervous. The comfort that I found was knowing that I would be returning to see Rachel. SHE was the reason I followed through with my visit and didn't "chicken out". She listened to all my concerns, answered MORE questions, and what I thought was going to be a scary experience, was AMAZING. I cannot say enough about NCFD...if you have any reservations about getting any sort of dental care, don't hesitate to reach out to them! 10/10 would recommend 👌

My hygienist was very knowledgeable, calming which helped to calm my nerves, and organized and punctual. She greeted me with a smile which helped me to feel so much better. I enjoyed my sessions very much. The entire staff were very helpful.

Always take good care of me. Do their best to make my visits as painless as possible. Tells me what needs to be done, explains options, does great work.

The staff here treat you so well! I’ve never been to a more welcoming and accommodating office in my life. I’ve had horror stories in the past and they truly made any and all qualms go away. Highly recommended!!!

I have severe dental anxiety, childhood dental PTSD I'll call it. Survived just fine without the dentist for about 20 years or so. When I broke a molar, I knew I didn't have any choice but to go somewhere to get it fixed. This place came recommended by people I trust. The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding. While I absolutely loathe the idea of going back, I know I need further dental work. I will continue to let them help as long as I can.

Incredibly positive experience!! I had what I thought was a dental emergency. Turns out I've just been grinding my teeth and created immense jaw pain. I digress.
Anyway, from the first point of contact, to the person who brought me back, to the dentist and all the staff who wrapped up with discussing my insurance and final bill, everything went smoothly and the entire place has the nicest people working there.
Definite 5/5.
The only issue I have is leaving this review because if y'all go to this fantastic place it may make scheduling times longer. Haha!!

Wonderful dental hygienist; She was the best I have had since going there. Absolutely the Best!!!

The staff are very friendly. My dental hygienist was friendly and chatty - she immediately put me at ease. She was also very thorough when discussing my options. The dentist was kind and friendly as well. I highly recommend!

All employees we came across were friendly and accommodating. Ms. Tracy was thorough with our cleaning and both dentists were helpful and knowledgeable. The facility was also clean and well equipped. A family member recommended this clinic to us and we would surely recommend it to others as well.

They are so nice everyone has such a positive attitude..

My dentist, Dr. Kraker, is amazing! She really knows her profession and has wonderful chair side manners! She is very patient, gentle and through. The Best dentist I've ever had! My husband is afraid of dentist because of the way he's been treated in the past, but I highly recommend Dr. Kraker and her dental assistants to him and anyone else who needs an awesome dentist. As I said before, she is definitely the best!

Today was my first time visiting North Charleston Family Dental and it was a wonderful experience. I had not had dental care in quite awhile but Tracy and Dr. Kraker were very understanding and explained to me clearly what my treatment plan should entail. Also, Amanda was very nice and explained my billing so I would know exactly what insurance would cover and what I would be required to pay. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend them.

Everyone was very nice , my appointments went as scheduled, and they helped me out with my toothache .

Ms Tracy is awesome nice and caring. She made me feel comfortable and she is very knowledgeable. Dr. Mark very caring and explaining all I need to get back on track love him. Ms Amanda very knowledgeable and friendly she explain everything well with a smile.
First visit with them and they made me feel like family and I love when you are tested with love and care.
